Last friday was the celebration of the formation of Malaysia and I take the public holiday opportunity to walk around the city. At first, my only intention on that day is to visit a computer shop to survey a offline hard drive dock. I'm getting to a point of where I really need to add more hard drive this time to cater the data storage for my work purposes. At the end of my survey walk which extend to Suria Sabah mall, I thought that I might as well watch the sunsets just beside the Philippine food stall. There's a popular place there that have the wooden dock for people to have a leisure time resting and sometimes there's a busker doing a performance. The last time i visit this place, it was closed due to maintaining the wooden floor that already looks old and brittle. Now, it seems it has retain back the liveliness of that place just like pre pandemic. Since its a public holiday, lots of people taking this chance to have a leisure time hanging around this place just to relax and watching the sunsets and the people around here. The sunsets view at that time is quite spectacular because before its been raining every evening and good timing that day its been sunny all day. I also spotted aeroplane landing every 5 to 10 minutes interval. Seems like its getting back to normal again and I also spotted quite a few tourist here. There's a lot of thing happening in this place and my only regret is that I didn't bring my camera to do some street photo. Good thing now that phones camera is quite decent and here's a few photo that I taken during my walk. There's a few photo that looks very digital its because I used the zoom function in the phone which is mostly a digital zoom, not a lens zoom but I think its just good enough for social media viewing.
