What Happens When You Stop Drinking Alcohol for a Month?

The rate at which people are been affected negatively when it comes to health issues is already getting so alarming and I believe we need to look to it. Most of the time, what usually caused it is because we are ignorant of some certain things we should actually know and by the time we know them, it is already too late. I have seen several debates where people claim that alcohol is not bad and while some people claim that alcohol is dangerous to ones health. 



Growing up, I usually tell people who are heavy drinkers that this lead you to die young and surprising for me, I see old men above 70,80 still living strong even though they are strong lovers of alcohol. But wait a minute, that does not despise the fact that alcohol is good. In fact today, in a bid to expose a lot of us to the positive side of staying away from alcohol, I will be talking about what will happen to your body system and generally your health if you stay away from alcohol.

If you will be staying away from alcohol most especially if you have been addicted to it, the first few days will definitely be so challenging. In fact, for heavy drinkers and you are trying to stay away from alcohol, the first few days, you will definitely experience symptoms like headaches, like anxiety and many more and why these happen is because your mind has been addicted to it. 


But if you can keep it going and you keep staying away from alcohol for the next few days irrespective of the symptoms that is showing forth, the liver will start recovering. What do I mean by that? Generally, the more you drink alcohol, the more it pushes your blood sugar so high because of the high intake of sugar you are having. But the moment you stop for days, your body system will start adjusting, your blood sugar level that was high before will start dropping and gradually you will start getting balanced mentally.



According to the research I also carried out, I discovered if you stay consistent and stay away from alcohol, the next few days, you will start seeing a positive change in your physical appearance. Your skin will start looking more healthier and fresher and you will start have high energy because digestion will start going smoothly unlike before. But you need to pay close attention to this particular week because by the second week, your craving will have been super high to tempt you to return back to drinking.

If there is something I have come to discover that drinking alcohol affect your negatively mentally. It is actually something I have seen and tested on several occasions. But the moment you stay away from alcohol, your mental health will start recovering. Some high level of anxiety that you usually experience in the time past will start dropping and generally your mood will start improving. You will start getting more focused and in fact your sleep quality will start increasing. You will be able to think well and it will generally affect your productivity positively. 



The issue I have come to discover is that a whole lot of us actually want to stop drinking but it is always a challenge. Some want to abstain from alcohol. In fact, they have been taught several times the health implications and in fact some have started witnessing some of the health Implications in them but it seems they are addicted to it. They try to take a break from it but they keep finding themselves back. But trust me, if you can pay the sacrifice and have the discipline to stay away from alcohol, you will be grateful most especially because of the positive impact it will have on your health.
