Research has shown that healthier, happier children perform better, and education is an important determinant of future well-being.


The external environment promotes skills such as problem solving and risk negotiation that are important to child development.

But what we see is that the opportunities for children to access the natural environment are decreasing.

Children spend little time outside due to safety, traffic, crime and parental concerns.

However, this is not to increase rest and health and physical education.

Teachers can give innovative use to different places and spaces in institutions outside the classroom that stimulate students to enjoy, create, innovate and learn.

When learning takes place in a natural space, students feel free when they are outside, they feel more capable of expressing themselves, and they can advance further.
They feel more engaged and more positive about the learning experience.
Many feel better and their memories are better.

### However, the study findings add to the evidence that just one to two hours of external study per week with children improves their well-being.
