Hola amigos espero que este muy bien , hoy les vengo a compartir una rica receta, no estoy seguro si esta torta sea conocida en muchos países, pero en Venezuela la acostumbran llamar torta imposible , es una deliciosa torta quesillo, si así como lo leen es una torta y quesillo al mismo tiempo, le dicen torta imposible porque ambos postres tienen una receta distinta y uno se pregunta como es posible que se pueda hacer esa torta , o también algunas personas creen que se hacen por separado y luego se unen, pero no es así, se mete ambas mezclas en un solo recipiente al horno al mismo tiempo. Les comparto la receta a continuación.

 ### Ingredientes para el quesillo

+ 4 huevos
+ 1 lata de leche  condensada 
+ 1 la misma medida de la lata de leche líquida 
+ 1 cucharadita de vainilla
+ 6 cucharadas de azúcar

+ 4 eggs
+ 1 can of condensed milk
+ 1 the same measure of the can of liquid milk
+ 1 teaspoon vanilla
+ 6 tablespoons sugar

###  Preparación

Preparamos el caramelo en nuestro molde, agregamos las 6 cucharadas de azúcar y una cucharada de agua colocamos a fuego medio y esperamos que se forme el caramelo en ese punto esparcimos el caramelo por nuestro molde, luego preparamos la mezcla del quesillo que es superfácil, solo debemos agregar los 5 huevos, la leche condensada, la leche líquida y la cucharadita de vainilla en la licuadora, luego licuamos por solo un 30 segundos y agregamos la mezcla en el molde con el caramelo.

 ### Ingredientes para la torta
+ 5 huevos 
+ 250 gr de harina	
+ 250 gr de azúcar
+ 250 gr de mantequilla 
+ 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
+ 1 cucharada de jugo de limón
+ 1 cucharadita vainilla

+ 250 gr of flour
+ 250 grams of sugar
+ 250 gr of butter
+ 1 teaspoon of baking powder
+ 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
+ 1 teaspoon vanilla

###  Preparación

Ahora preparamos la mezcla de la torta, para ellos agregamos la mantequilla y el azúcar en el molde de nuestra batidora , colocamos a la batidora a velocidad media alta por varios minutos hasta que la mezcla se torne casi blanca , a partir de ahí comenzamos a agregar los huevos y la harina poco a poco cuando ya agregamos toda la harina y los huevos le agregamos el polvo de hornear y la cucharada de limón, adicional les queda muy rico la ralladura de limón .

Viene la parte más curiosa o confusa y es que debemos agregar esta nueva mezcla al mismo recipiente donde ya tenemos la mezcla del quesillo, seguro pensaran igual que yo, que se van a mezclar y quedara un desastre, pero no, por las densidades ambas mezclase queda totalmente separadas y listas para el horno, para esta torta debemos colocar el molde con las mezclas a baño de maría alrededor de 1 hora a 180 grados centígrados , siempre para verificar si esta listo debemos pinchar con un palito la torta y debe salir seco con eso comprobamos que ya debemos sacarla del horno
