         <i>This photo is clicked by @naveen.jogta by canon 77D (55-250mm)</i> The introduction of today's post is that I went to Bir where a trail race and a road half marathon were organized. I volunteered in this event, while volunteering I contributed by doing many types of work. Now let me tell you a little more in depth. This location is a state in the North of India named Himachal Pradesh. This state is also called Devbhoomi and it is called so because there are many Hindu temples here which are mentioned in Hindu scriptures. So Bir is a small village in Kangra district of Himachal which is very famous for paragliding. The height here is 1350 meters. To reach here from Delhi, a distance of about 585 km has to be covered by bus which can also be covered by Volvo or ordinary bus. Volvo takes 12 hours to reach here. I don't know when paragliding started in Bir for the first time but now when I see the Dhauladhar mountain range here, I am stunned. Seeing colorful paragliders on the snowy mountains is no less than a paradise. Any nature lover can sit here for hours and admire these views. I really enjoyed volunteering at the event, I marked the route while staying here which took me 3 days, I managed other volunteers at the event and helped in delivering hydration to the mountain for the race. On the day of the race, I also did photography and also gave directions to the runners. Overall I was very tired but the Dhauladhar mountain range made all my tiredness disappear.
