<p> Hace mucho tiempo estuve a la espera de algunos utensilios para mejoras la experiencia en mi cocina y por fin llegaron esta semana. Dos sartenes una de acero quirúrgico un tanto pesada y el otro una de estilo parrilla que va directo al fuego de la cocina y que se puede regular fácilmente ante el calor que queremos darle. Ambos esenciales y súper recomendados para que el sabor de las comidas sea más imponente.

Otra de las situaciones que nos pasan en casa es que a veces tenemos pechugas de pollo que se suelen hacer en sartén porque no conocemos algunas recetas para usarlas y es por ello que aprovechando uno de los nuevos juguetes de mi cocina, te presentaré una preparación muy sencilla y que no toma mucho tiempo para hacer.

>Another situation that happens to us at home is that sometimes we have chicken breasts that are usually made in a pan because we don't know some recipes to use them and that's why taking advantage of one of the new toys in my kitchen, I will present you a very simple preparation that doesn't take much time to make.

-	Pechugas de pollo (03 unidades)
-	Pimiento (02 unidad)
-	Cebollas (02 unidades)
-	Sal
-	Pimienta
-	Romero
-	Brochetas de madera

>- Chicken breasts (03 units) 
>- Bell pepper (02 unit)
>- Onions (02 units)
>- Salt
>- Pepper
>- Rosemary
>- Wooden skewers

<b>1. Se lava dos o tres veces las pechugas para eliminar impurezas. </b>

<b>2. Luego se corta en trozos medianos. Se puede calcular como de 4cm aproximadamente. </b>

<b>3. Se sazonará con sal, pimiento y algunas ramitas de romero. </b>

><b>1. The breasts are washed two or three times to remove impurities. </b>

><b>2. Then it is cut into medium sized pieces. It can be calculated as approximately 4cm. </b>

><b>3. It will be seasoned with salt, bell pepper and some rosemary sprigs. </b>

<b>4. En otra fuente cortaremos la cebolla del mismo tamaño del pollo. Los trozos pequeños sobrantes lo reservaremos para alguna salsa. No se debe desechar nada. </b>

<b>5. Luego cortaremos el pimiento siguiendo el mismo patrón de tamaño. Para que todo se cocine se manera idónea es mejor que sean del mismo tamaño. </b>

<b>6. Después insertaremos en la brocheta los elementos trozados.  Iniciamos con un trozo de cebolla, luego un pimiento y culminamos con el pollo. Realizamos el mismo procedimiento dos veces más en la misma brocheta y al final tendemos tres filas iguales. </b>

><b>4. In another dish we will cut the onion the same size as the chicken. The small pieces left over will be reserved for some sauce. Nothing should be discarded. </b>

><b>5. Then we will cut the bell pepper following the same size pattern. For everything to be cooked in the best way it is better that they are the same size. </b>

><b>6. Then we will insert in the skewer the chopped up elements.  We start with a piece of onion, then a bell pepper and finish with the chicken. We make the same procedure twice more in the same skewer and at the end we have three equal rows. </b>

<b>7. Lo llevamos a una plancha muy caliente agregándole un chorrito de aceite. Luego colocaremos la cantidad de brochetas que alcance y lo dejaremos por espacio de cinco minutos.</b>

<b>8. Cuando pase el tiempo daremos vuelva a las brochetas y dejaremos otros cinco minutos más. Luego para los otros dos extremos solo será necesario unos tres minutos adicionales y estarán listos. </b>

><b>7. We take it to a very hot plate adding a dash of oil. Then we will put the amount of skewers that it reaches and we will leave it for space of five minutes.</b>

><b>8. When the time is over we will return to the kebabs and leave another five minutes. Then for the other two ends it will only take about three more minutes and they will be ready. </b>
