#### I'm back!!! 😍

A new recipe to share with you, I like from time to time to try to make these healthy, rich and nutritious dishes, since I have to keep my diet, and the truth, sometimes it costs me a little, although I have stopped consuming many things, I do not deny that I have relapsed in some others, but well, I keep trying.

Some time ago, my good friend @gelart told me that within healthy dishes, she made an egg-based pizza, the detail was that this pizza had another ingredient, which is mozzarella cheese, and as you know I am forbidden to eat it, that among many things; however, as it had been almost two months, I wanted to try making my pizza, with a little bit of cheese, to give it and give me that taste, which sometimes is needed, *don't you think?* 😋

Well, I did it my way, inventing, now I'll share with you the ingredients I used for this pizza:

- 3 Eggs
- 1 zucchini
- Pinch of salt, adobo, turmeric, black pepper. 
- Small pieces of mozzarella cheese
- 1 Handful of parsley

Una nueva receta para compartir con ustedes, me gusta de vez en cuando probar hacer estos platillos saludables, ricos y nutritivos, puesto que debo mantener mi dieta, y la verdad, a veces me cuesta un poco, aunque he dejado de consumir muchas cosas, no niego que he recaído en algunas otras, pero bueno, lo sigo intentando.💪

Hace un tiempo, mi buena amiga @gelart me comento que dentro de platillos saludables, realizo una pizza a base huevos, el detalle era que dicha pizza tenía otro ingrediente, que es el queso mozzarella, y como bien saben tengo prohibido comerlo, eso entre tantas cosas; sin embargo, como ya llevaba casi dos meses, quise probar hacer mi pizza, con un poquito de queso, para darle y darme ese gustito, que a veces hace falta, *¿no creen?*. 😋

Pues bien, yo lo hice a mi manera, inventando, ahora les comparto los ingredientes que use para esta pizza:

- 3 Huevos
- 1 Calabacín
- Pizca de sal, adobo, cúrcuma, pimienta negra. 
- Trocitos de queso mozzarella
- 1 Puñado de perejil

**Now let's go to the preparation:**

First take the zucchini well washed and peeled, cut it into small round pieces, once this was done, in a pan add a teaspoon of butter, there I put the pieces of zucchini, while this was browning, I put the eggs in a bowl to beat them, in this I was adding a pinch of salt, adobo, turmeric and pepper; Then I put them in the frying pan on top of the zucchini, I put a lid on it, while it was cooking, I added the pieces of cheese, and finally the parsley.

I let it cook for a few more minutes, checking underneath to make sure it didn't stick, that's why the lid, I confess I was a little unsure of how it would turn out, I don't do omelets very well, I always tell my mom to help me with that, but in this case, I did it by myself hahahaha, and well worth it, I loved the result, and certainly the touch of cheese, gives a taste to our egg pizza.

**Ahora vamos a la preparación:**

Primero tome el calabacín bien lavado y pelado, lo corté en trocitos redondos, una vez hecho esto, en una sartén agregue una cucharadita de mantequilla, allí coloque los trozos de calabacín, mientras esto se doraba, los huevos los puse en un bol para batirlos, en este fui agregando la pizca de sal, adobo, cúrcuma y la pimienta; seguidamente los eche en el sartén encima del calabacín, le puse una tapa, mientras se cocinaba, iba echándole los trocitos de queso, y finalmente el perejil.

Deje que se cocinara por unos minutos más, revisando por debajo que no se me pegara, por eso la tapa, confieso que estaba algo insegura de como quedaría, a mí las tortillas no me salen muy bien, siempre le digo a mi mamá que me ayude con eso, pero en este caso, lo hice solita jajajaja, y bueno valió la pena, me encanto el resultado, y sin duda el toque del queso, le da un gusto a nuestra pizza de huevos.😁

To complete our dish, I had a little bit of cabbage salad that I had left over from lunch, and a little piece of avocado, ready to enjoy our pizza 😍😋.

I liked the way it turned out, too bad I abuse the cheese hahaha, I have to wait a long time to make it again, I hope you dare and make it at home, you will see that you will like it.
