We all listen to songs, some songs relax us, some songs excite us, some songs just remind us of something. Of course there are different songs, but I hope you know what I mean. I love listening to songs and I listen to songs at many times of the day, even while writing posts. Today I will share with you the songs I listen to while writing posts.

Some of you might find it very distracting to listen to songs while writing a post and I agree with that, because the lyrics are very confusing. Of course, if you understand or think about the lyrics of the song you are listening to. When I write a post, I usually listen to songs that don't have lyrics or that sound good in a language I don't know. For example, if I am writing a post about a historical place, like [this](https://ecency.com/hive-163772/@incublus/majestic-buildings-efes-ancient-city) post I wrote yesterday, then I like to listen to Scandinavian songs. They remind me of a glorious history. I won't share every song I listen to here, but Herr Mannelig from Garmarna is my favorite. You can listen to the song below.

When I'm writing a game post, I like to listen to more upbeat songs. Foreign pop is my favorite because you know games are upbeat and fun. In order to convey this fun to the person reading my post, I need to write something fun and I need to be in a high mood. I will give a very strange example but I am sure there will be some of you who know and remember this song. Crazy Frog - Axel F. Let me also mention an exception. Maybe I'm not playing a fun game and I'm playing a game with a sad story, then I like to listen to the soundtrack while writing my post. It definitely works.

So what do I listen to if I'm writing a random thought post? Like a post like right now, then I listen to my favorite songs, some local and some international. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm an Adele fan and I like to listen to her songs whenever I can. In the show I run on the Ecency discord server, we usually start the show by listening to Adele's songs. Among those songs, I'm sharing one that has a special place for me. This was the first foreign language song that I memorized all the lyrics.

Bonus: If you're in a bad mood but want to lift your spirits, songs can't remake your life for you, but they can bring a smile to your face, motivation to you, movement to your body. When I feel like that, I listen to Happy by Pharel Williams and even watch the video on youtube if possible. It's a masterpiece. Some songs get old and some get better the more you listen to them. This does not only apply to sad songs.

Bazılarınız post yazarken şarkı dinlemeyi çok dikkat dağıtıcı bulabilir ve ben de buna katılıyorum. Çünkü sözler insanın kafasını karıştırır. Tabi ki dinlediğiniz şarkının sözlerini anlıyorsanız ya da üzerine düşünüyorsanız. Ben post yazarken genelde sözü olmayan ya da bilmediğim dilde kulağıma hoş gelen şarkıları dinliyorum. Örneğin tarihi bir yere dair bir post yazıyorsam tıpkı dün yazdığım [bu](https://ecency.com/hive-163772/@incublus/majestic-buildings-efes-ancient-city) post gibi, o zaman İskandinav şarkılarını dinlemeyi seviyorum. Bir oyun postu yazarken ise daha hareketli şarkılar dinlemeyi seviyorum. Yabancı pop bu konuda tercihim oluyor çünkü bilirsiniz oyunlar hareketli ve eğlencelidir. Bu eğlenceyi postumu okuyan kişiye aktarmak için benim de eğlenceli bir şeyler yazmam lazım ve modumun yüksek olması lazım. Çok garip bir örnek vereceğim ama eminim aranızda bu şarkıyı bilenler ve hatırlayanlar olacaktır. Crazy Frog - Axel F. Bir istisnadan da bahsedeyim. Belki eğlenceli bir oyun oynamıyorum ve tam tersi hikayesi hüzünlü bir oyun oynuyorum, o zaman postumu yazarken oyunun müziklerini dinlemeyi seviyorum. Kesinlikle işe yarıyor.
