 Feliz  d铆a para  todos mis amigos de esta comunidad de #Hive, bienvenidos una vez m谩s a mi blog donde les compartir茅  un delicioso quesillo con una de mis frutas preferidas que es la parchita, este quesillo es una variaci贸n del quesillo tradicional,el cual mantiene su textura suave y cremosa pero tiene un sabor c铆trico peculiar que lo hacen la combinaci贸n perfecta para ser el postre ideal de cualquier celebraci贸n en familia o con amigos. Espero que les guste mucho y puedan realizarlo. <br><br>

 >Happy day to all my friends in this #Hive community, welcome once again to my blog where I will share a delicious quesillo with one of my favorite fruits which is the passion fruit, this quesillo is a variation of the traditional quesillo, which maintains its smooth and creamy texture but has a peculiar citrus flavor that makes it the perfect combination to be the ideal dessert for any celebration with family or friends. I hope you like it a lot and can do it.

### INGREDIENTES

## Para hacer el caramelo:
1/2 taza de az煤car
1/4 taza de agua

## Reducci贸n de parchita:
1 taza de zumo de parchita
3 cucharadas de az煤car

## Para el quesillo:
395 grs de leche condensada 
5 huevos
1 cucharada de licor de parchita (opcional) 

>### INGREDIENTS

## To make the caramel:
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of water

## Passion fruit reduction:
1 cup of passion fruit juice
3 spoonfuls of sugar

## For the cheese:
395 grams of condensed milk
5 eggs
1 tablespoon of passion fruit liqueur (optional)

### Preparaci贸n:

馃嵁 Procedemos a realizar nuestro caramelo, colocando en una olla la 1/2 taza de az煤car con el agua a calentar hasta que tome un color dorado.( no dejar quemar porque toma un sabor amargo) luego  lo repartimos en nuestros envases y reservamos.

>馃嵁 We proceed to make our caramel, placing the 1/2 cup of sugar in a pot with the water to heat until it turns a golden color (do not let it burn because it takes on a bitter taste) then we distribute it in our containers and reserve.

馃嵁 Colocamos el zumo de parchita junto con el az煤car y lo reducimos un poco en el fuego, seguidamente colocamos en la licuadora todos los ingredientes y obtenemos nuestra mezcla. 


>馃嵁 We place the passion fruit juice together with the sugar and reduce it a little on the heat, then we place all the ingredients in the blender and we obtain our mixture.

馃嵁 Luego verter la preparaci贸n en las quesilleras e ingresar la preparaci贸n a ba帽o mar铆a y cocinar lentamente durante 1 hora aproximadamente.

>馃嵁 Then pour the preparation into the cheese makers and place the preparation in a bain-marie and cook slowly for approximately 1 hour.

馃嵁 Sacar y dejar enfriar para desmoldarlos.
