做肉松

思考了一翻，买回来的里脊肉就做个肉松吧，听说挺简单的，以前听同事说他们都经常给小孩做这个辅食吃，那我来试试。

问了问婷姐做法，婷姐发来“武功秘籍”，哈哈哈，找一个是个我这种小白的，自己在将秘籍加以改变。

看了看秘籍说需要隔水炖，我差点就依葫芦画瓢了，问了婷姐后，婷姐说没必要，直接丢锅里煮。我先把肉切成丁，秘籍说了不能切太小，不然后面会成碎渣，切后我觉得有点大，我又改刀了，没想到这就成了我翻车导火线了。

肉放锅里煮后，我就去客厅做其他的了，开了后我也没去看锅里，我就想着多煮一下，等我去看的时候肉丁真的很小了，我捏了一下肉，觉得有点碎，完了，小加肉碎，多半没救了。算了死马当活马医吧。

然后盛起来放凉后用手撕成肉丝，所以一心不可二用，我边看电视边做事，结果忘了留煮肉的汤，最后只有用白开水代替。

我是选择的绞肉机代替和面机搅拌，所以我需要将绞肉机的刀片包裹住，不然会把肉搅碎。然后利用我的绞肉机将扮好调料的肉丝搅拌均匀，然后放入烤箱烤，边烤边看，就这样重复两三次，具体看肉松的状态。到最后我的肉松真的就成碎末了，不过味道嘎嘎好，下次我买肉还可以选择一下，然后注意下切丁的大小，还有煮的时间，应该会比较完美了。
