One can change through the influence of others or through the lack of external forces to become more like their true selves. The latter is more difficult, but I can tell you from personal experience that it is well worth the effort because it is here that I found myself. As a result, I am now "myself," rather than a jumble of other people. This sensation excites me. I am proud of myself. And this is my internal serenity, my bliss.

When a writer truly loves, and the genre proves it, there's a lot of me and a lot of heavenly inspiration, or at least that's how I view it when a writer truly loves and the originality proves it. I am a writer, it was imprinted into my soul. My thoughts pour out of me like a heart yearning to write all day and night. This heart of mine is a real beauty. It moves through the sentences like a ballet dancer, enjoying each performance. It takes the form of a river, usually calm but with a steady flow that seems to know where it's headed. It comes to be born, not shaped, in order to disclose its actual essence.

I love music. It binds us to a plethora of memories - happy, sad, and bittersweet, and everything in between...Pain is transformed into wings that can fly for many years, beyond generations, and into undiscovered horizons, thanks to lyrics written below the level of tears. The lyrics glide through my mind like a dream, the notes relaxing me and allowing the song to reach out to every part of me.

Music brings back fond memories. Music, to me, is medicine in the most heavenly form, so it could never be considered pointless. I simply cannot convey how much I still enjoy this song from back then.

The best oldies music of all time! It cures my spirit and restores it to its natural state, ushering me out of the agony of the past! It's incredible! Let me share with you one of my favorites:

Meditation is not seen as a ritual, but rather as an essential exercise for soul nourishment, regardless of one's beliefs. I lay in my bed, breathing deeply while listening to this meditation music, and it really works wonders. I try not to think about anything else but the sound wave, as if you were being engulfed by it. There was a shift after a few minutes of deep listening and affirmations, and I was in a trance, tears of healing, happiness, and relief. It had a significant impact. It's a beautiful, powerful sound that relaxes me! It calms me down and frees me from overthinking. Peace, namaste.

I discovered that by being mindful of my choices and emotions, I could begin to ask myself to make healthier choices for myself and others I care about. Instead of sitting, I may choose to dance to music or exercise instead of dozing. Baking a cake and cooking pasta instead of buying them felt like there was more love in our household - a passion that filled the house with the aroma of a bakery and restaurant, making it feel so cozy.

Greek-Italian-Spanish-Filipino blood runs through my veins. I am a single mom, and there are so many aspects of being a mother that I enjoy. A mother is a bundle of emotions that usually contradict logic and sometimes refer to the use of common sense and instincts in child-rearing — no specific skills are required, and all of these behaviors are embedded in some biological impulse.
