**No olvides antes lavar bien tus manos y todos los ingredientes que ameriten ser lavado al igual que cada utensilio que utilizaras.**

**Para  la masa vamos a necesitar un tazón, agregaremos la harina, sal, huevo y un poquito de agua, es muy importante no agregar tanta agua ya que al utilizar huevo la harina se humedece, por esta razón debe ir agregando y amasando, hasta que consigas una masa suave y uniforme. ¡Dejala reposar por 5 minutos!**

## Para nuestro Relleno:


**Pica la cebolla, los ajos, las papas y el cebollín.**

**En una olla coloca aceite agrega la cebolla y el ajo (este olor que se produce mientras se sofríen es irresistible).**

**Agrega la carne, cebollín y la papa revuelve hasta que la carne este cambiando su color pasara de rojo a gris y luego marrón, cuando este en ese punto agrega un poco de color natural, sal y un poquito de agua revuelve y tapa.**

**Cuando ya esté lista que no tenga mucha salsa preferiblemente que se seque un poco retírala de la cocina y déjala enfriar para rellenar nuestros pastelitos.**

## Preparemos nuestros Pastelitos 

**Cortamos una pequeña parte de la masa y con la ayuda de un rodillo estiramos muy bien, de manera que nos quede delgados pero no muy finos (La técnica puede variar si no los quieres de esta forma puedes realizarlos redondo o en forma de media luna).**

**Una vez que tengamos nuestra masa estirada tenemos que agregar el relleno, lo cerramos uniendo la capa de arriba con la de abajo y con la ayuda de un cuchillo puedes cortar para darle el tamaño que desees y luego sellar con un tenedor.**

**Coloquemos aceite en un sartén y una vez que este caliente colocamos el pastelito, quiero que tengas muy presente que para freír no lleva mucho tiempo por lo tanto debes quedarte pendiente o pedir ayuda para que no se te quemen, realmente se fríen muy rápido.**
