Hola queridos lectores, gracias por visitar mi blog, les cuento el día de ayer fue el cumpleaños de mi hermana, hicimos una Reunión familiar pequeña, y la torta que no podía faltar.

Hoy se me ocurrió realizar un delicioso postre con ponqué de la torta de ayer, fresas y un merengue clásico que me complace compartir con ustedes.

Cabe destacar que la torta es netamente opcional, en mi caso porque ya la tenia hecha y quise agregarla, si quieren hacer esta receta pueden hacerla sin la torta si no la tienen, pueden comprar un ponqué de panadería o en la bodega mas cercana, y si no, igual tendrán como resultado unas deliciosas fresas con crema, la combinación es riquísima.

Hace poco aprendí como realizar el merengue y que se mantuviera la contextura, y es más sencillo de lo que antes pensaba.

# **Ingredientes.**

**Torta** (La cantidad que deseen colocarle).
**Fresas**, Yo utilice 3 fresas grandes.

# **Para el merengue:** 

**1 huevo** (Solo utilizaremos la clara).
**Azúcar**, unos 50 gramos.
**Azúcar glas**, 1 cucharada. (Seguro dirás, pero en la imagen no veo azúcar glas) y no, es maizena pero ya les contare porque. 😂

> # **Ingredients.**

> **Cake** (The amount you want to place).
 **Strawberries** , I used 3 large strawberries.

> #  For the meringue: 

 > **1 egg** (We will only use the white).
 **Sugar** , about 50 grams.

Para realizar el merengue, vamos a separar la clara de la yema y colocamos la clara en una olla.

Le agregamos azúcar, y la llevamos a fuego medio batiendo constantemente con un batidor, **(Ojo: este paso se realiza si o si con un batidor)**.

Batir por 1 minuto aproximadamente **(para esta cantidad, si desean más merengue se tomará más tiempo)**.

¿En qué momento retirar del fuego?, toca con los dedos las claras, notarás que está caliente, pero no al punto de quemarte, además, no se le sentirá el azúcar, si está como te acabo de mencionar, retira del fuego.

Ahora sí, con una batidora eléctrica, batimos por unos minutos.
Poco a poco nuestras claras van tomando color y consistencia.

Ya cuando este nuestro merengue firme, agregamos el azúcar glas. y batimos por 1 minuto mas.

Pero como yo no tenia azúcar glas, te cuento como la hice.
En una licuadora, coloque unos 50g de azúcar normal, y 10 gramos de Maizena.
Lo Licuamos y listo, así tendrás azúcar glas casera. (Yo no tenía, así que la hice para esta receta) ¿Fácil no?. 😊

Elegante y buena alternativa para presentar un postre. Aquí nos muestras cómo elaborar un merengue italiano (así se llama la preparación que traes), y cómo obtener azúcar glass casera. Ahora bien, una sugerencia para el futuro: Cuando utilices la batidora eléctrica en cualquier preparación, procura emplear envases de acero inoxidable o de vidrio templado. Esta sugerencia la planteo porque ví que batiste el merengue en la misma olla en donde derretiste el azúcar, y por lo general, cuando hacemos esto, pueden desprenderse partículas microscópicas de metal de la superficie de la olla, lo que es nocivo para nuestra salud, pues se acumulan en nuestros tejidos, y especialmente en el cerebro. Esa es mi recomendación. Respecto a tu receta está muy bien presentada, con su respectiva introducción, los ingredientes adecuadamente señalados, un paso a paso bien explicado y un bello resultado.
