**TR**: Merhaba Hive TR ailesi. Soğuk kış günlerinin gelmesiyle birlikte sıcak yiyecek ve içeceklere olan ihtiyacımız ve ilgimiz arttı. Arabaşı çorbası yaşadığım yörede özellikle kış aylarının vazgeçilmez çorbasıdır. Bende kışları bu çorbayı yapmaya ve içmeyi çok severim. 
Dün yaşadığım yere yağmur yağdı. Haliyle havalar da soğudu bende bunu fırsat bilip sezonun ilk Arabaşı çorbasını yaptım.

**Malzemeler:**
* Yarım kg tavuk göğsü
* 1 yemek kaşığı domates salçası
* 1 yemek kaşığı biber salçası
* Baharat
* Tuz
* 2 yemek kaşığı un 
1 su bardağı su

>**EN:**  Hello Hive TR family. With the arrival of cold winter days, our need and interest in hot food and drinks has increased. Arabasi soup is an indispensable soup especially in the winter months in the region where I live. I also love to make and drink this soup in winter. 
Yesterday it rained where I live. Naturally, the weather got colder, so I took advantage of this and made the first Arabasi soup of the season.

>**Ingredients**
>* Half kg chicken breast
>* 1 tablespoon tomato paste
>* 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
>* Spice
>* Salt
>* 2 tablespoons flour 
>* 1 glass of water

Arabaşı çorbasını yaparken önce çorba için tavuğu haşladım. Yarım kilo tavuğu kemiksiz kısmından doğradım ki daha çabuk pişsin. Tavuğu haşlarken, suyuna göz kararınca  tuz ekliyorum. Tuz hem suyu hem tavuğu lezzetlendiriyor.  Düdüklü tencerede yaklaşık 20 dakika pişirdim. Piştiğinden emin olunca soğumasını bekledim ki kolayca parçalayabileyim. 

>While making Arabaşı Soup, I first boiled the chicken for the soup. I chopped half a kilo of chicken from the boneless part of the chicken so that it would cook faster.   When I boil the chicken, I add salt to the water as much as I can. Salt flavors both the water and the chicken. I cooked it in a pressure cooker for about 20 minutes. When I was sure that it was cooked, I waited for it to cool so that I could easily shred it.

Arabaşı hamurunu yapmak için tencereye 2 su bardağı su koydum. 1 çay kaşığı tuzu suya ekledim. Su kaynayınca 1 çay bardağı unu yarım su bardağı suda açtım ve kaynayan suyun üzerine döktüm. 10 dakika boyunca karıştırdım. İyice pişip koyulaşınca su ile ıslattığım kaba döktüm. Kabın büyüklüğü hamurun çok ya da az olduğuna göre değişir. Hamuru soğuması için buzdolabına koydum. Servis zamanından önce çıkardım ve kestim. 

>To make the dough for the arabashi, I put 2 cups of water in the pot. When the water boiled, I opened 1 tea glass of flour in half a glass of water and poured it over the boiling water. I stirred it for 10 minutes. When it cooked well and thickened, I poured it into the container that I had wetted with water. The size of the bowl depends on how much or how little the dough is. I put the dough in the fridge to cool down. I took it out and cut it before serving time.

Soğuyan tavuğu didikledim yani ufak parçalara ayırdım. Bir tencereye bir yemek kaşığı biber salçası ve bir yemek kaşığı domates salçasını koydum. Baharat olarak sadece az miktarda kimyon karabiber ekledim. Salça ve baharatların salça kokusu çıkana kadar kavurdum. Kavrulan salçaların  üzerine tavuk suyu ve biraz da  su ekledim. Salçalı su  karışımını kaynamaya bıraktım.
Salçalı su kaynayınca çorbanın kıvamlı bir çorba olması için 2 yemek kaşığı unu 1 su bardağı suda açtıp salçalı suyun içerisine döktüm.

>I cut the cooled chicken into small pieces. I put a tablespoon of pepper paste and a tablespoon of tomato paste in a pot. I added only a small amount of cumin and black pepper as spices. I roasted the tomato paste and spices until the smell of tomato paste came out. I added chicken broth and a little water to the roasted tomato paste. I left the tomato paste water mixture to boil.
When the water with tomato paste boiled, I opened 2 tablespoons of flour in 1 cup of water and poured it into the water with tomato paste to make the soup thick.

Unlu salçalı su kaynayınca üzerine didiklemiş olduğum tavukları döktüm. Tavuğu sevdiğiniz kadar ekleyebilirsiniz. Çorba tavuklarıyla da kaynayıp dinlenince içmeye hazır hale geliyor😊

>When the water with flour and tomato paste boiled, I poured the  shredded chicken on it. You can add chicken as much as you like. When the soup boils with chicken and rests, it is ready to drink😊
