**Zimt** wer mich kennt,der kennt wahrscheinlich auch den Spruch von mir: *Zimt macht alles besser!* zugegeben, nicht wirklich alles. Nudeln mit Steinpilzsoße würde ich nicht mit Zimt bestreuen. Zu Wassermelone finde ich ihn auch nicht perfekt. Aber grundsätzlich harmoniert er super mit vielen Nachspeisen, Obstsorten, Getränken und Backwaren. Als Kind dachte ich mir: "würde er nicht so stauben, dann würde ich ihn pur essen". Naja und später tat ich das dann auch. Allerdings nicht in gemahlener Form, sondern ein Stück abgebrochene Rinde und es ist die schöne Zimtschärfe, wie bei diesem Kaugummi. Bei der Zimtrinde bevorzuge ich aber leider die Sorte, die weniger gesund ist. Man sollte bei Zimt sowieso auf die Menge achten, wegen des Cumaringehalts!!!! Dies nur als Hinweis, weil ich gerade so sehr von diesem Gewürz geschwärmt habe. Bezüglich der sinnvollen Verzehrmengen, darf sich jeder selber schlau machen. ``` Ich gebe hier keinerlei medizinischen Rat und auch keine Ernährungstipps. ;-) ```

Ich hab Zimt auch schon mal pur gegessen, aber als Pulver... seitdem mag ich Zimt nicht mehr so gerne. Aber natürlich das beste zu Milchreis und Kaiserschmarn.
