Hola amigos, bienvenidos nuevamente a mi blog. Hoy quiero hacer una pequeña reflexión sobre lo que son las relaciones tóxicas, para comenzar quiero definir una relación tóxica como aquella relación destructiva, que genera daños como pareja

*Una relación tóxica no es saludable para nadie, no nos trae nada bueno, por eso decidí poner como ejemplo este dicho de mi autoría: "Un pedo jamás podrá convertirse en un perfume" por lo tanto, una relación tóxica jamás podrá convertirse en una relación bonita, es todo lo contrario, les pondré otro ejemplo, un pasticho muy rico quedó fuera de la nevera por un día, cuando su dueño fue a comerlo ya estaba dañado, lastimosamente tuvo que botarlo, así mismo deberíamos de hacer cuando una bonita relación se nos daña, si lo primero que hiciéramos fuera terminar de raíz con esa relación, nos ahorrariamos muchos malos ratos con esa persona y tal vez se evitarían cosas peores*

*Pero el ser humano es terco, muchas veces nos aferramos a querer cambiar las cosas, aunque ya no tengan solución ó nos quedamos estancados en un recuerdo y vivimos de la esperanza de que esa persona cambie y todo vuelva a ser como al principio, pero ya nada será igual, lo que se dañó, se daño y no se puede recuperar, es ahí donde decidimos comer (metaforicamente) de ese pasticho dañado, que de inmediato nos causará un daño estomacal*

*Para que la relación sea tóxica no necesariamente deben existir golpes, las ofensas, las mentiras, las infidelidades y los celos también convierten tóxica cualquier relacion. A veces hasta hacerse el ciego, sordo y mudó también te hace ser tóxico, ya que en realidad no estas en una relación real lo que estas viviendo es una mentira donde a la larga te verás más afectado por no hablar, ni desahogar tus sentimientos con tu pareja, sólo por el miedo de no perder a esa persona, pues si es tu caso amigo lector ¡Ya no mas! Termine esa relación hoy mismo, si su pareja no quiere cambiar, cambie usted y verá que sentirá un alivio y sobretodo ¡paz mental!*

*Con esto no quiero decir que no le va a doler, pero si le puedo asegurar que su dolor no será eterno y cuando pase su luto emocional es ahí donde se dará cuenta de todo el sufrimiento innecesario que por el que estaba pasando, le dolerá pero también se sanará*

*Y le dolerá por que a veces nos acostumbramos tanto a las cosas que se nos hace difícil dejarlas, pero no es imposible querido lector ¡Si se puede! Todo será como un dolor de muelas, una cortada, una caída, te dolerá pero al sanar solo quedaran cicatrices que deben recordarte no tropezar y cometer el mismo error con la misma piedra, ni con otra*

***Recordemos que la felicidad es cuestión de atreverse. Así que te invito a que te atrevas a ser feliz nuevamente!***

Hello friends, welcome back to my blog. Today I want to make a little reflection on what are toxic relationships, to begin with I want to define a toxic relationship as a destructive relationship, which generates damage as a couple.

*A toxic relationship is not healthy for anyone, it brings nothing good, that's why I decided to put as an example this saying of my authorship: "A fart can never become a perfume" therefore, a toxic relationship can never become a beautiful relationship, it is the opposite, I will give you another example, a very rich pasticho was out of the fridge for a day, when its owner went to eat it was already damaged, unfortunately he had to throw it away, so should we do when a beautiful relationship is damaged, if the first thing we did was to end the root with that relationship, we would save many bad moments with that person and perhaps worse things would be avoided*

*But the human being is stubborn, many times we cling to want to change things, even if they no longer have a solution or we get stuck in a memory and live in the hope that the person will change and everything will be like at the beginning, but nothing will be the same, what was damaged, is damaged and can not be recovered, that is where we decide to eat (metaphorically) of that damaged pasticho, which immediately will cause us a stomach damage*

*For the relationship to be toxic, there must not necessarily be blows, offenses, lies, infidelities and jealousy also make any relationship toxic. Sometimes even pretending to be blind, deaf and dumb also makes you toxic, because in reality you are not in a real relationship what you are living is a lie where in the long run you will be more affected by not talking, or venting your feelings with your partner, just for fear of not losing that person, well if this is your case my friend reader No more! End that relationship today, if your partner does not want to change, change yourself and you will see that you will feel a relief and above all mental peace!*
