It is true that nothing is perfect in the world of financial trading, just as it is true in the world as we know it. However, the majority of the time, we are able to earn gains for ourselves by taking advantage of the flaws in certain systems. The amount of time it takes for prices on various exchanges to be updated is an imperfection in the world of financial trading. Due to the fact that crypto and traditional financial exchanges are separate entities and therefore are not integrated with one another, price updates do not always occur at the same time. Because of this, we have the opportunity to take advantage of the situation and engage in arbitrage trading.

## What Arbitrage Trading is

Arbitrage trading in cryptocurrency refers to a type of trading strategy in which traders attempt to profit from minute price discrepancies that exist between various markets or exchanges for the same digital asset. Buying a digital asset on one cryptocurrency exchange and selling it (almost) simultaneously on another cryptocurrency exchange in which the price is higher is an example of crypto arbitrage trading.
To make money in this way means to do so in a manner that exposes one to a minimal or non-existent risk. You also do not need to be a seasoned investor with a significant amount of capital in order to get started with this strategy, which is yet another advantage of it.

The business of crypto arbitrage is a type of cryptocurrency trading in which investors search for minor price differences between different cryptocurrency exchanges and then take advantage of those differences in order to make a profit from the trade. Consequently, crypto arbitrage trading refers to the practice in which investors purchase a cryptocurrency when the price of that cryptocurrency is low on one exchange and then sell it when the price of that cryptocurrency is high on another exchange. For instance, if the price of Hive on Yellow Card or Roqqu is one dollar and the price of Hive on Kraken or Binance is one and a half dollars, a crypto arbitrage trader will buy at Yellow Card and sell at Kraken in order to make a profit of fifty cents.

Cryptocurrency arbitrage is not a novel concept in the world's financial markets. It was the linchpin that allowed Sam Bankman-Fried to achieve his goals in the crypto world. Following his success in arbitrage trading, he established FTX, which is now one of the most prominent and rapidly expanding cryptocurrency exchanges in the global market.

## How to do Arbitrage 

The practice of arbitrage trading is not as straightforward as it was in the past. It is now very difficult to make money off of pricing mistakes in the market as a result of advancements in technology, which makes it very difficult. A significant number of exchanges make use of computerized trading systems in order to monitor the price movement of comparable financial instruments. The vast majority of the time, if the prices are set up in a way that is not efficient, the problem is quickly fixed, and the opportunity is lost, frequently within a matter of seconds.

You can still engage in arbitrage trading by keeping an eye out for profitable opportunities and seizing those that present themselves. There is an exchange known as Luno, and on there, the prices of all assets are arbitrarily set to be extremely high (although I'm not sure if this still holds true). Find the weaknesses in these exchanges (there are lots of them out there) and exploit them to your benefit. Always keep in mind that time is of the essence when engaging in arbitrage trading; therefore, you should move as quickly as possible and cross your fingers that it will pay off.
