Hello, LBIer's and CLer's. Welcome to this weeks CUBLIFE (CL) token update. We are going to look at this week's CUB harvests, reinvestment and weekly dividend APY. This update post is released weekly, dividends are paid in LEO every Friday at 9 pm UTC and new CUBLIFE (CL) tokens are issued once per month every 21st.

**What is CUBLIFE?** 
CUBLIFE (CL) in a nutshell is a hive-engine token dedicated to investing in CUBfinance that pays out weekly dividends in the form of LEO. All LEO/HIVE raised from monthly token issues is invested in CUBfinance. 50% of weekly harvests are converted to LEO and issued to CL token holders, 40% is reinvested back into the platform and 10% goes to LBI as an operators fee for maintaining and actively managing the wallet.

### Weekly Income
Harvests this week have not been great and the dividend APY just survives being in double digits. The main for the reason for this and i think most will know already. When the price of LEO increases, we get less LEO for our CUB. 

You can see below that all the APYs we are harvests from CUBfinance are currently under 30% and the dividend is half of that. CL's APY is very much connected to the APYs that CUBfinance farms are paying out. 

And lastly, we have been harvests less CUB as the value of the wallet has been increasing so its a double-edged sword.

On the plus, the wallet is worth more. In terms of LEO, CUBlife is worth about 1/4 of what LBI is worth. That's the thing about simple subsidiaries, they grow quietly in the background and just do there thing. 

I really wish that KINGDOMS were working for any of my wallet and we could get back into to BTC and ETH on CUBfinance. I was checking polyCUB but i hate losing 50% of the harvest and the POLY chain itself is not great to use. I forgot about the 5 mins of refreshing sushiswap to got a swap done, haha. 

We're are seeing a wee pump which is cool. I hope it last for a few months and we could maybe hit $10k again.

**This month's CL token issue**
Every 21st of each month, new CL tokens are issued to those that have sent either HIVE or LEO to the @cublife before the end of the 20th. The month goes from 21st-20th. If you send in funds on the 21st, you'll be waiting till next month. Conversions take place once per month on the 21st with new CL tokens being minted to the same value as the existing ones in circulation. There are 12 CL token issues per year.

You can transfer LEO/HIVE or HIVEp from the hive engine. If you send both LEO and HIVE, you will receive 2 token issues, 1 for each. You can confirm your funds have been received in the table below which are posted weekly and updated 2-3 times per week.

### Roundup

Dividends from last week were shipped out this morning, the coder has been in hospital and only got out recently. Dividends will go this evening and we're back to normal service again. 

All in all the CL APY is rubbish at the minute, there's no 2 ways about it but the wallet value is growing which i think is more important. Earning 10% on a $7k wallet is more than earning 15% on a $5k wallet. The quality of the investments are ultimately what will determine CUBlifes long term success. Would CUBlife be worth $7k if we held 50% of the CUB we harvested from launch instead of converting it into BTC, ETH, BNB, LEO and Stables?
