Hola comunidad hive, hoy compartire con ustedes una recetabde galletas caseras de naranja. Es muy sencilla para merendar y compartir con una taza de cafe.

Ingredientes: 
3 tazas de harina
100grs de mantequilla
1 huevo
1/2 taza de jugo de naranja recien exprido
1 taza de azucar.  
1 cucharada de ralladura de naranja.

Preparacion: 
1. En un recipiente mezclar la mantequilla y el azucar hasta formar un mezcla homogenea y añadir la ralladura de naranja.

2. Mientras siguen batiendo agregar el huevo seguido del jugo de naranja, poco a poco ir agregando la harina hasta formar una masa que no se adiera a sus dedos.

3. Despues de tener la masa lista la dejamos refrigerar de 20 a 30 minutos. 

4.  Luego de haber transcurrido el tiempo, en una mesa enharinada estiramos la masa con ayuda de un rodillo hasta obtener 1cm de grosor, con el cortador de su preferencia sacamos la forma para nuestra galleta.  En una bandeja para hornos previamente engrasada y engarinada colocamos nuestras galletas y las llevamos al horno a 180° de 20 a 30 minutos.

Si no tienes un cortador pueden usar un vaso para sacar galletas en forma de circulo. Yo hice estas en forma de corona.
