## Essen wie Gott In Asien

Gestern hatte ich mal wieder einen super leckere " Schüssel " zum Mittagessen.
Die " Schüsseln " sind ja sehr im Trend aber manchen sind  sie zu  zu unmännlich.  
Das ist kein Witz, ich habe schon etliche You Tuber gesehehen, welche sich genau  darüber lustig gemacht haben und die Schüsseln mit Hasenfutter verglichen haben. 
Na mir ist das komplett egal, ich finde die " Schüsseln " mehr als sinnvoll.
Vollgepackt mit gesunden, guten Zeug ist man danach glücklich und  schön satt aber nicht zu voll.

Die Schüsseln bestehen meistens  aus einer Basis aus Reis und  darauf kommn dann die gesunden Sachen wie z.b. Seegras, Avocado, Möhrenstreifen, Pflücksalat, Erdnüsse und anderes sessionales Grün.  Hier bei meiner Schüssel ist ausnahmsweise kein Mango sondern heute Lachs. 
Das war ein netter Versuch mit dem Lachs aber bei wird in Zukunft weder nur  gebarten oder als Sushi verzehrt werden.
Mango ist einfach viel zu gut in diesem Schüssel Mix und deswegen unschlagbar.

Der wichigste Bestandteil ist aber wie ich finde , die geheime Sosse. 
Das Dressing hier und dessen genaue Bestandteile sind leider unbekannt und es wird als Haus- Dressing geführt.
Ich habe ja schon verschiedenste Dressing auf Schüsseln probiert aber diese hier ist mein Favorit.

Yeah, definitely healthy food. It does remind me of a bowl of food I had years ago at a restaurant.   I did not know then I was eating like a god, but I knew it was damn good!  Thanks my friend.

Lachs ist super! Hat viel Omega 3. Und dazu kommen dann die Vitalstoffe aus den Pflanzen.

## Eating like God in Asia

Yesterday I had a super delicious " bowl " for lunch.
The " bowls " are very trendy but some people find them too unmanly.  
I'm not kidding, I've seen a lot of You Tubers making fun of them and comparing them to rabbit food. 
Well, I couldn't care less, I find the "bowls" more than useful.
Packed with healthy, good stuff, you are happy afterwards and nicely full but not too full.

The bowls usually consist of a base of rice and then the healthy things like seaweed, avocado, carrot strips, lettuce, peanuts and other sessional greens.  Here in my bowl, for once, there is no mango but salmon today. 
It was a nice try with the salmon but in future it will be neither just bared nor eaten as sushi.
Mango is just too good in this bowl mix and therefore unbeatable.

But I think the most important ingredient is the secret sauce. 
The dressing here and its exact ingredients are unfortunately unknown and it is listed as a house dressing.
I have tried many different dressings on bowls but this one is my favourite.
