Walking around Kuala Lumpur

Good morning my friends here at Hive. How are you all doing?

Kuala Lumpur is the financial hub of Malaysia and is the place where dreams come true. Many of my fellow Sarawakians have also gone to Kuala Lumpur permanently yo seek for better opportunities.

My wife posing in front of ICC Pudu. We decided to get an ehailing car to get to TRX Exchange to see it in person. As a Malaysian from the Sarawak side, it is an ocean away so it is always fun whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur as I explore the city.

Us waiting for our car. The drivers here are friendlier than the Australian Ubers. When you get into an Uber in Perth, the just have their cool face mode on.

Five minutes later and our car arrived . Got to TRX by car at around 15 minutes. Kuala Lumpur is one city that is not easy to drive around. There are so many big roads, cars and many more. So usually when I arrive in Kuala Lumpur, I seldom drive like what I usually do when I go to a different country.

It looks amazing in person as I walked into the building but unfortunately I am not the type of person who loves shopping for branded stuff. So after walking around for a bit I decided to walk around to other parts.

It looks quite premium. There is a shop here that sells strawberries for premium top notch price. For a pack of five, it is going to cost more than a hundred ringgit. Coffee for 80 ringgit a cup that taste similar to normal coffee.

After walking around inside for around twenty minutes, I walked to the asthetically pleasing looking park just outside of this building. There, it was a place for me to take lots of wonderful photos of the surrounding buildings around.

Kuala Lumpur is like a fire breathing dragon. Always breathing fire and finding new territories to expand. This year is going to be a year of the shopping malls as there are projects ongoing for a couple of huge shopping malls.

The building with the tall sphire in front somewhere in the picture is the second tallest building in the world. The Merdeka 118. We beat the third tallest building by the height of the sphire. Smart move by the architects.

The ever expanding skyline. The next time I come to Kuala Lumpur, it is going to be a different skyline. One of the buildings here that stand out alot from my view is the building that has a slight golden tint.
