 #### Ingredientes Porcion para 4 Personas. 
•	200 Gramos germinados Chinos.

•	1  Zukini Y/o Calabacin .

•	2 Zanahorias, 1/2 repollo morado.

•	1 Pimentón verde  apio España, cebolla, ajo, zumo de 1 limón. 

•	Tomillo,  sal y pimienta.

•	2 Onzas de aceite de soya.

•	1 Onza de salsa soya.</div></div></p>

• 200 Chinese sprouted grams.
• 1 Zukini and / or Zucchini.
• 2 Carrots, 1/2 purple cabbage.
• 1 green pepper, celery Spain, onion, garlic, juice of 1 lemon.
• Thyme, salt and pepper.
• 2 Ounces of soybean oil.
• 1 ounce of soy sauce.</div></div></p>

<p><div class="pull-left"><div class="text-justify">• Procedemos a enjuagar todos los vegetales y cortamos  calabacín  en julianas, cortamos repollo finamente,  apio España, pimentón y  la  cebolla.</div></div></p>

<p><div class="pull-right"><div class="text-justify">• We proceed to rinse all the vegetables and cut zucchini into julienne strips, finely chop cabbage, Spanish celery, paprika and onion.</div> </div></p>

<p><div class="pull-left"><div class="text-justify">• Colocamos en un recipiente agua la llevamos a la estufa al iniciar la ebullición vertemos los germinados un minuto los retiramos del fuego colamos y los vertemos en agua fría para que quede crocantes.</div></div></p>
