Muy buenas tardes/noche amigos #Hivers de #FoodiesBeeHive , tenía días pidiéndole a mi mamá que me hiciera su especial sopita de frijoles chino para poder compartirla con todos ustedes, ya que es deliciosa y llena de nutrientes, vitaminas y minerales.

# Ingredientes:
2 tazas de frijol chino
200 g de auyama
200 g de chorizo
200 g hueso ahumado
200 g de pechuga de pollo
1/2 taza de pasta corta
5 ajíes (o picantes, depende del gusto)
2 rama de cebollín
1 rama de apio españa (celery)
1 cebolla
4 dientes de ajo
Para sazonar(al gusto): salsa inglesa, pimienta, papelón (panela), adobo, cubo de caldo de costilla .

2 cups of Chinese beans
200 g of pumpkin
200 g of chorizo
200 g smoked bone
200 g of chicken breast
1/2 cup short pasta
5 chili peppers (or hot, depends on taste)
2 sprigs of chives
1 branch of celery spain (celery)
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
To season (to taste): Worcestershire sauce, pepper, papelón (panela), marinade, rib stock cube.

Se cortan los vegetales; ajíes, apio españa, cebolla y cebollín en cuadrados, mientras va ablandando a fuego bajo en suficiente agua el frijol chino.

Se corta el chorizo en trozos pequeños.

Se agrega los pedazos crudos de pollo, hueso ahumado y chorizo, los vegetales y la uyama. Hay personas que lo sofríen primero, sin embargo siento que así pierde el sabor, así que lo agrego directo a la sopa.

Se añade la pasta corta.

Tapamos la olla dejando un espacio pequeño para que se escape el vapor y se cocine por 10 minutos revolviendo de vez en cuando. Se agrega los sazonadores.

En mi casa, nos gusta la sopa de frijol algo dulce, por eso agregamos panela o papelón, que pueden sustituir por azúcar. Dejamos de 10 a 15 minutos mas, o hasta que tanto la frijol como los vegetales ablanden.
