¡Muy buenos días abejitas! ☕💫Espero que se encuentren de maravilla, yo estoy bien y reincorporándome  al trabajo, luego de unos días por motivo de  receso navideño. Hace unos días publiqué la preparación de un lomo de cerdo a la naranja, el cual servimos en la última cena del 2022 con lo que sobró de él hicimos un pequeño guiso, el cual les comparto.


📝 Ingredientes: 

● 🍖Rebanadas de lomo de cerdo
● 🫑Pimentón
● 🧅Cebolla
● 🍅Tomates
● 🧂 Sal
● Aceite


1.- Cortamos en tiras las rebanadas de lomo que nos sobraron y en este caso están rellenas de tocineta, aceitunas y alcaparras, ya que sobraron de la cena navideña.

2.- Cortamos la cebolla, pimentón y tomates previamente lavados y sin semillas.

3.- En un sartén agregamos un poco de aceite y sofreímos  la cebolla hasta dorar, luego incorporamos el pimentón, seguidamente agregamos los cubos de tomate, cocinamos por unos tres minutos aproximadamente o hasta que los vegetales estén algo blandos.

4.- Al sofrito anterior, le incorporamos las tiras del lomo de cerdo, mezclamos bien para integrar los sabores, le colocamos un poco de sal, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por unos minutos para que se forme un poco de caldo con el vapor que se  genera.

5.- Apagamos antes que se nos seque la salsa del mismo pernil y luego servimos para degustarnos con este rico lomo de cerdo picado en tiras.

Hello, I enjoy your recipe and I personally like it. First, this is going to be an extreme food analysis. 

Two ingredients in your recipe have anti-nutrients called lectins that are inflammatory. 
Tomatoes and peppers are nightshades that have them in peel and seeds a lot. Cooking, de-seeding, peeling off or pickling destroys that compound. 
Rice is a grain, and in that case, cooking doesn't help in removing it. I usually serve it with potatoes. 

We prepare pork as well, but I have to advise against it because it is an omnivore that can contract germs that are harmful to humans. But pigs are usually treated with many medications so it is unlikely. But they also don't have protective fur, and are not skinned while processed so their environment gets absorbed easier.  Usually, the meats in common stores are low quality or treated. For example, the bright red ground beef and pork color come from a special type of salt that we don't use in cooking, it is unhealthy but they use it to prevent spoiling.

Nada más verlo se me hizo agua la boca, lo único que me sorprende es que les haya quedado de Diciembre jaja, esas cosas por lo general no duran.
