Hello dear hivers trust you're having a lovely day....
Today I'll be sharing this digital artwork of mine, it's a drawing of a man with a sad look on his face, he is in his head swimming in sad thoughts. 

Depression makes people spend hours drowning in their thoughts. I made the art piece to shine a little light on what goes on in the mind and life of a person battling depression. I wrote a little kind of poem to accompany the drawing:

Happiness faraway, chased away by my own mind and it stayed away, and happy thoughts fade away, the pains came straightaway, fears followed and the tears came right away. 

In this loneliness I don't find delight in, loneliness which draws noisy thoughts, thoughts which drowns the mind slowly, and I'm falling into this mess fully and as deeper I sink happiness seems more out of reach. It feels like I quicksand, I think I might just quite, the more I try the more I sink deep, it feels like I'm just in too deep.

This weight getting heavier as days grows older, it feels like a boulder on my shoulder and I'm scared I won't be able to hold this weight no longer. 

A lot of company but it feels like no one is here, crying for help but it seems they can't hear, crying eyes out to the point cause of tears fades but the pain remains.

If only they could see beyond the physical look to see how messed up my mind looks, but I'm just to good at making it seem all good.
