Hola amigos de #hiver,  espero que estén bien. Hoy les mostrare como hice una deliciosa torta de piña. Muy deliciosa y esponjosa me quedo, con ese  sabor de piña natural. Es una torta de medio kilo para 8 personas. Mas que torta me quedo estilo ponqué para compartir en familia. Espero que les guste. Sin mucha charla aquí vamos !Empecemos¡

## MATERIALES/ MATERIALS

- 8 cucharadas de mantequilla/ *8 tablespoons butter*
- 2 tazas de azúcar/ *2 cups sugar*
- 4 huevos/ *4 eggs*
- 3 tazas de harina de trigo/ *3 cups wheat flour*
- 1 taza de jugo de piña/ *1 cup pineapple juice*
- 5 rodajas de piña/ *5 pineapple slices*

# PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar,  en un bol mezclaremos la mantequilla con el azúcar con una batidora hasta que estén complementen.

*To begin, in a bowl, mix the butter and sugar with a mixer until they complement each other.*

Agregamos los huevos hasta que quede una mezcla espesa.

*Add the eggs until a thick mixture is obtained.*

Luego agregaremos la harina de trigo con el jugo de piña hasta agregar todo, batir para que no quede grumos.

*Then add the wheat flour with the pineapple juice until everything is added, beat so that there are no lumps.*

En la bandeja que escojamos, haremos un caramelo con azúcar al fuego (no logren quemar mucho el caramelo).

Picaremos las rodajas de piña para colocarlas a la bandeja cuando el caramelo este seco.

*In the tray of your choice, we will make a caramel with sugar on the fire (do not burn the caramel too much).
Chop the pineapple slices and place them on the tray when the caramel is dry.*

Agregamos la mezcla a la bandeja y llevamos al horno por 1 hora aproximadamente. Sacamos la torta y listo.

*Add the mixture to the pan and bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Remove the cake and it's ready.*
