El día de hoy quiero compartir nuevamente una receta que ya había compartido anteriormente, la diferencia es que para esta ocasión la he mejorado agregando nuevos ingredientes que la primera vez no utilicé y por ende esta mejora hace que la receta sea mucho mejor y mas deliciosa. Se trata de un arroz frito tipo chino y les aseguro que si siguen la receta al pie de la letra el resultado será como comer el típico arroz frito que compramos en un puesto chino.

Today I want to share again a recipe that I had previously shared, the difference is that for this occasion I have improved it by adding new ingredients that I did not use the first time and therefore this improvement makes the recipe much better and more delicious. It is a Chinese type fried rice and I assure you that if you follow the recipe to the letter the result will be like eating the typical fried rice that we buy in a Chinese stall.

Ahora sí, comencemos.

**Ingredientes:** 

•Arroz (1 taza).
•1 Chuleta de cochino.
•2 Salchichas o jamón.
•Repollo.
•Cebollin.
•1/2 Cebolla.
•5 Dientes de ajo.
•Salsa de soya.
•Salsa china.
•Condimentos.
•Sal.
•Ajinimoto (glutomato de sodio)
•Carmencita (colorante para el arroz)
•Brotes de cualquier grano (opcional)

**Ingredients:**

•Rice (1 cup).
•1 pork chop.
•2 sausages or ham.
•Cabbage.
•Chives
•1/2 onion.
•5 cloves of garlic.
•Soy sauce.
•Chinese sauce.
•Seasonings
•Salt.
•Ajinimoto (sodium glutomate)
•Carmencita (coloring for rice)
•Sprouts of any grain (optional)

 •**Preparación del arroz:**

Para que el arroz quede perfecto para esta receta se recomienda hacerlo la noche anterior y refrigerarlo hasta el momento de usarlo, de esta forma nos asegurarnos que el arroz esté bien suelto y eso nos dará mejor resultado en esta receta. Al prepararlo agregar una cucharadita de carmencita o colorante para el arroz y condimentar solo con un poquito de sal, no mucha porque más adelante se agregarán otros condimentos y no queremos que quede salado.

• **Rice preparation:**

So that the rice is perfect for this recipe, it is recommended to do it the night before and refrigerate it until the moment of use, in this way we make sure that the rice is well loose and that will give us better results in this recipe. When preparing it, add a teaspoon of carmencita or coloring for the rice and season with only a little salt, not much because other seasonings will be added later and we do not want it to be salty.

**Procedimiento:**

  ◉**PASO 1.** Colocar a calentar un sartén a fuego medio, mientras se calienta picar el cochino en trozos pequeños y agregar una pequeña cantidad en el sartén ya caliente por unos minutos para que el cochino expulse su propio aceite y con ese es que vamos a cocinar.

**Process:**

◉**STEP 1.** Place a frying pan to heat over medium heat, while it is heating, chop the pig into small pieces and add a small amount to the already hot pan for a few minutes so that the pig expels its own oil and with that is that we are going to cook.

  ◉**PASO 2.** Retirar el cochino del sartén una vez que ya esté dorado y dejar el aceite, en ese mismo aceite agregar el ajo previamente triturado y sofreír hasta dorar, cuidado de no quemarlo, de ser así le dará un sabor amargo a la comida.

  ◉**PASO 3.** Picar el resto del cochino y las salchichas  o jamón en cuadritos pequeños.

  ◉**PASO 4.** Una vez que el ajo esté dorado agregar sólo el cochino al sartén y mezclar bien hasta que se seque.

  ◉**PASO 6.** Picar el repollo en tiras largas y agregar a la mezcla.

  ◉**PASO 8.** En este punto agregamos los brotes que tengamos a la mano, yo en este caso no los utilicé por no tener en el momento pero si ustedes lo tienen es el momento de agregarlos y mezclar muy bien para que se incorporen a la mezcla.

  ◉**PASO 9.** Comenzamos a incorporar el arroz poco a poco y lo vamos triturando con la ayuda de una cucharilla de manera que no queden grumos o pelotas de arroz sino que quede bien suelto.

  ◉**PASO 10.** Seguimos incorporando el arroz hasta que no quede más y mientras agregamos debemos ir mezclando constantemente para que todos los ingredientes se distribuyan de manera uniforme y no queden partes con más y otras con menos.

  ◉**PASO 11.** Una vez ya incorporado todo el arroz es hora de agregar los condimentos, el ajinomoto, la salsa de soya y la salsa china al gusto y mezclar para que se condimente todo por igual. Cabe destacar que la salsa china es prácticamente igual a la salsa de soya pero esta tiene la peculiaridad de resaltar más los sabores.
