¡Espero que todos tengan un feliz fin de semana! Hoy es un lindo día para compartir con ustedes mis respuestas sobre las preguntas de esta semana en el concurso de la comunidad [Ladies of Hive](https://ecency.com/hive-124452/@ladiesofhive/ladies-of-hive-community-contest-52) donde les contaré si mi vida actualmente es  como lo imaginé de niña, si realmente estoy viviendo como quiero y haciendo lo que quiero, un tema muy personal pero que me gustaría poder compartir y esta es la oportunidad perfecta, espero que este post sea de su agrado y se animen a unirse, sin mas que decir, aquí les dejo mi participación.

_Muchas veces de niños soñamos con hacer grandes cosas al ser adultos, pensamos en todo tipo de profesiones, aprender muchas cosas e incluso viajar por el mundo pero la mayoría de las veces esos sueños solo se quedan como eso, como sueños, y convertimos nuestra vida en algo más, nos dedicamos a algo que jamás imaginamos, estudiamos carreras diferentes a la que habíamos pensado de niños e incluso llegamos más lejos de lo que habíamos imaginado, la vida puede sorprendernos con sus giros y sea para bien o para mal esta es la vida que llevamos y solo está en nuestras manos mejorarla y llegar más lejos aún._

_En mi caso, de niña mis padres siempre me metieron en la cabeza la idea de estudiar medicina, en un punto de mi vida llegué a decir que lo haría pero era solo para escucharan lo que querían escuchar, porque realmente no era lo que yo quería, ni siquiera era capaz de ver sangre, mucho menos podría estudiar una carrera donde tuviera que ver tanta de ella, me decían tanto eso que me frustraba, era una sensación horrible, en realidad no tenía claro lo que quería estudiar o que quería ser “de grande” como todos los niños, solo sabía que medicina no era lo mío y definitivamente no lo haría._
 
_Al momento de elegir una carrera elegí una de la que no tenía ningún tipo de conocimiento y ni siquiera me gustaba, pero, la elegí solo porque no habían muchas opciones ya que no podía estudiar una buena carrera en una buena universidad y además esta me quedaba a unos 20 minutos de mi casa y podía contar con la ayuda de mi pareja que estaba en esa misma carrera, por lo tanto terminé estudiando ingeniería en electrónica, nada que ver con lo que me había imaginado ni lo que quería pero fue lo que hice, terminé tomándole cariño a la carrera y finalmente me gradué._

_Many times as children we dream of doing great things as adults, we think of all kinds of professions, learn many things and even travel the world but most of the time those dreams only remain like that, like dreams, and we convert our lives In something else, we dedicate ourselves to something we never imagined, we study careers different from the one we had thought of as children and we even go further than we had imagined, life can surprise us with its turns and whether for better or for worse this is the life that we lead and it is only in our hands to improve it and go even further._

_In my case, as a child my parents always put the idea of ​​studying medicine in my head, at one point in my life I even said that I would do it but it was only to hear what they wanted to hear, because it really was not what I wanted , I was not even able to see blood, much less could I study a career where I had to see so much of it, they told me so much that it frustrated me, it was a horrible feeling, in reality I was not clear about what I wanted to study or what I wanted to be " when I was grown up ”like all children, I just knew that medicine was not my thing and I definitely would not._
 
_When choosing a career, I chose one that I did not have any knowledge of and did not even like, but I chose it only because there were not many options since I could not study a good career in a good university and also this was left to me. about 20 minutes from my house and I could count on the help of my partner who was in that same career, therefore I ended up studying electronic engineering, nothing to do with what I had imagined or what I wanted but it was what I did , I ended up taking a liking to the career and finally graduated._

_En resumidas cuentas mi vida no fue como habría imaginado pero eso no está mal, para mí fue mucho mejor, pude hacer algo que si me gustó (aunque no desde siempre) y no terminé haciendo algo más por complacer a otros, porque al final de todo nosotros mismos somos quienes debemos elegir el rumbo de nuestra vida y definir lo que queremos y haremos, así fallemos y nos equivoquemos es nuestra vida y somos nosotros mismos quienes debemos equivocarnos para aprender de nuestros propios errores._

_In short my life was not as I would have imagined but that is not bad, for me it was much better, I was able to do something that I liked (although not always) and I did not end up doing something else to please others, because at the end of All of us ourselves are the ones who must choose the course of our life and define what we want and will do, even if we fail and make mistakes, it is our life and it is we ourselves who must make mistakes to learn from our own mistakes._

_Considero que con el paso de los años somos capaces de aprender y mejorar mucho como personas, en nuestro trabajo y en nuestro entorno, ser mejores en lo que hacemos y esforzarnos cada día más por lograr todos nuestros propósitos y en mi caso creo que es algo que siempre he hecho, a pesar de no ejercer mi carrera universitaria y no trabajar de eso siempre he sido capaz de adaptarme a las situaciones que se me puedan presentar, me las ingenio como sea para obtener lo que quiero y me dedico a cualquier cosa que pueda darme un beneficio monetario._

_A lo largo de los años me he dedicado a muchísimas cosas pero especialmente a comerciante, he vendido todo tipo de mercancía, desde maquillaje, accesorios, accesorios para celulares, manualidades y demás, gracias a eso he podido sustentarme siempre y nunca me ha faltado nada, eso es parte de lo que implica adaptarnos y mejorar siempre en lo que podamos, muchas personas no son capaces de dedicarse a otra cosa que no sea a su propia carrera y prefieren no hacer nada en lugar de dedicarse a algo más y en mi caso no es así, no le doy importancia al “que dirán” o “esto no es lo que yo estudié” porque en un país como en el mío (Venezuela) se debe hacer de todo para poder subsistir._

_I consider that over the years we are capable of learning and improving a lot as people, in our work and in our environment, to be better at what we do and to strive every day to achieve all our purposes and in my case I think it is something that I have always done, despite not exercising my university degree and not working on that I have always been able to adapt to the situations that may arise, I manage to get what I want and I dedicate myself to whatever can give me a monetary benefit._

_Over the years I have dedicated myself to many things but especially to a merchant, I have sold all kinds of merchandise, from makeup, accessories, cell phone accessories, crafts and others, thanks to that I have always been able to support myself and I have never lacked anything , that's part of what it means to adapt and always improve where we can, many people are not able to dedicate themselves to something other than their own career and prefer to do nothing instead of dedicating themselves to something else and in my case It is not like that, I do not give importance to "what will they say" or "this is not what I studied" because in a country like mine (Venezuela) everything must be done to survive._
