Hola amigos de Foodies Bee Hive, espero se encuentren bien, muy feliz de compartir nuevamente con todos ustedes, para esta oportunidad, les traído una receta para realizar pancitos de quesos, son ideales para compartir para toda la familia, para pasapalos o para acompañar con café con leche, chocolate o jugo.

# Receta: Pancitos Caseros de Queso 🥖


# Ingredientes

1/2 kg de harina de trigo
1 huevo 🥚
80 gr de margarina 🧈
1 taza de leche tibia 🍶
2 cucharadas de azúcar 🥄
1 pizca de sal
1cucharadita de levadura🥄
400 gr de queso semiduro🧀 para el relleno
1 huevo🥚 para barnizar


 > # Recipe: Homemade Cheese Buns 🥖

# Ingredients

1/2 kg of wheat flour
1 egg 🥚
80 gr of margarine 🧈
1 cup of warm milk 🍶
2 tablespoons sugar 🥄
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon yeast🥄
400 gr of semi-hard cheese🧀 for the filling
1 egg🥚 for varnishing

# Preparacion//Preparation

1.En una mesa colocar la harina de trigo, hacer un hueco en el centro y allí colocar el resto de los ingredientes, para la masa, comenzar a amasar muy bien, por espacio de 15 minutos, hasta obtener una masa suave y homogénea, tapar con un paño y dejar reposar por espacio de 20 minutos.

> 1.On a table place the wheat flour, make a hole in the center and there place the rest of the ingredients, for the dough, begin to knead very well, for 15 minutes, until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous dough, cover with a cloth and let stand for 20 minutes.

2.Cortar en queso en Bastoncitos de aproximadamente 7 cm de largo.

> 2.Cut into cheese into sticks approximately 7 cm long.


3.Seguidamente espolvorear harina en la mesa, tomar una parte de la masa, extender con ayuda de un rodillo, hasta obtener un rectángulo de 40x20 cm.
Dividir la masa extendida en triángulos que mida 10 cm en la base y 10 cm a los lado, usando un cuchillo que corte bien.


> 3.Then sprinkle flour on the table, take a part of the dough, spread with the help of a rolling pin, until you get a 40x20 cm rectangle.
Divide the rolled dough into triangles measuring 10 cm at the base and 10 cm at the side, using a well-cut knife.

4.Seguidamente ir tomando cada triángulo, colocar el queso en la base (parte más ancha), cerrar en los extremos y enrollar muy bien, repetir el procedimiento hasta culminar con la masa.

> 4.Then take each triangle, place the cheese at the base (widest part), close at the ends and roll very well, repeat the procedure until the dough is finished.

5.Llevar a una bandeja previamente engrasada y enharinada, hacer 3 pequeños cortes a cada pancitos, tapar con un paño y dejar reposar por aproximadamente 1 hora, de modo que la masa vuelva a subir.

> 5.Take to a previously greased and floured tray, make 3 small cuts to each bun, cover with a cloth and let it rest for about 1 hour, so that the dough rises again.

 6.Posteriormente batir el huevo para barnizar y agregar por encima a cada uno de los pancitos, llevar al horno previamente caliente, por 15 minutos o hasta que tomen un hermoso color dorado, retirar del horno, dejar reposar y listos para degustar.

> 6.Subsequently beat the egg to varnish and add on top to each of the buns, take to the oven previously hot, for 15 minutes or until they take a beautiful golden color, remove from the oven, let it rest and ready to taste.
