Quise hacer un árbol de navidad con estos ricos suspiros, aunque me costo un poco armarlo pero les cuento después de comer uno quieres comer otro con ese centro blando, aquí les muestro el resultado final.

Hola @mariaser, creo que la técnica de cocinar el azúcar y añadirla caliente a las claras, quizás no dé buenos resultados, ya que los copitos se pegan entre sí, y al despegarlos se rompen, además de ser difíciles de manipular, porque se adhieren a los dedos. ¿Te ocurrió eso?

Amiga @sirenahippie a mi no me ocurrio eso ya lo he hecho muchas veces, yo cocino la azúcar junto con las claras a baño de maria  hasta que la azúcar se disuelva, luego la saco del agua a batir hasta que se forme el merengue, siempre me resulta bien y los suspiros no se pegan, yo los coloco en un envase de vidrio y de allí vamos agarrando se mantienen secos y no se pegan.
