Las Arepas son el plato típico de Venezuela, hoy les traigo una variedad hechas a base de plátano verde, quedan deliciosas ideal para aquellas personas que deben comer sin gluten, se pueden hacer para el desayuno, pero también se puede servir como entrada o acompañante .

Ingredientes :
3 Plátano Verde grande
2 Cda Mantequilla
2  Huevo
1 zanahoria
1/2 Taza Leche
Al gusto Queso Mozzarella
Sal al gusto.

>Ingredients :
3 Large Green Banana
2 tbsp butter
2 Egg
1 carrot
1/2 cup milk
To taste Mozzarella cheese
Salt to taste.
4 cloves of garlic

Paso a paso :
Cocinar el plátano verde con sal y agua suficiente, con un tiempo de 30 minutos aproximadamente o hasta lograr que este blandito.

Cook the green banana with enough salt and water, with a time of approximately 30 minutes or until it is soft.

Se pelan los plátanos y con la ayuda de un tenedor o pisapure se empieza a triturar hasta formar un puré.

Se le va agregando la mantequilla, el huevo, la leche, la Zanahoria rayada, mantequilla y ajo triturado

Se amasa bastante para que quede suave y manejable..Mira la foto

Con esta masa se hacen las bolas de plátano, se aplana un poco y se hace un hoyo para introducir el queso, se  cierra y se le da la forma de arepa . Y así sucesivamente hasta acabar.

Ponemos un sartén engrasado con mantequilla a calentar, para sellar las dos caras de la Arepa.

 Luego lista por las dos caras llevar al horno en una bandeja engrasada de mantequilla, por 20 minutos.
