***Yo voy recargar mi energía con lo que tanto me gusta. Haciendo una Arepa Tostada con Sofrito de Plátano Maduro Aliñado y Ensalada de Aguacate. Para reforzar y pasarla más llevadera hacemos el plus de un Jugo de Parchita.***

Para la elaboración de las Arepas: 
+ 250 grs de Harina de Maíz.
+ 400 mililitros de Agua.
* Pizca de Sal

***Vas proporcionando en la cantidad  de agua paulatinamente la harina de maíz y la pizca de sal. A Medida que vayas amasando te daras de cuenta de su textura suave y moldeable para hacer tus arepas.***

For the preparation of the Arepas:
+ 250 grams of Corn Flour.
+ 400 milliliters of Water.
* Pinch of salt

***You gradually provide the amount of water with the corn flour and a pinch of salt. As you knead you will notice its soft and moldable texture to make your arepas.***

***Al colocar tus arepas en el budare es cuestión de minutos por ambos lados, para que puedas percibir lo bonito y tostado que quedan.***

***Mientras que se cocinaban las arepas, pele y pique 1 Plátano Maduro, 1/2 Cabeza de Ajo y 2 Ajíes.***

***En sartén coloque 2 cucharadas de Aceite vegetal. Colocando el aliño cortado en pequeños trozos.***

***While the arepas were cooking, peel and chop 1 Ripe Banana, 1/2 Head of Garlic and 2 Chili Peppers.***

***In a frying pan, place 2 tablespoons of Vegetable oil. Placing the dressing cut into small pieces.***

***Incorporamos las rodajas de plátano con 1/4 de cucharada de sal. Ir volteando  a medida que se doran los plátanos.***

***El aroma del aliño en conjunto con el ajo resalta e impregna las rodajas con mucho sabor.***
