La crisis mundial, y en especial la de mi país, ha escalado a muchos lugares, llevándose la consciencia de algunos y dándole perspectivas a otros. En este caso se nota que no la estaban pasando bien esos caballos. Yo veía a muchas personas tomando fotos porque a pesar de estar en mala forma, se veían hermosos, creo es por el espíritu que tienen ellos. Trying to predict an animal's state of emotion, actually, that's something I do often. To me the easiest animal to predict whether or not it's happy or sad is a dog. Mere looking at the face, you can tell the emotions. The horse isn't looking so pleased. I just can't tell, there has to be a lot of reasons why the horses looked unhappy, it could be a disease, lack of freedom to do as they please and have fun or tiredness. Algo se puede hacer para ayudarlos, ver quién es el dueño, cómo viven y qué comen, existe una ley de protección animal que últimamente ha atendido efectivamente muchos casos de maltrato en Venezuela, nada se pierde (y mucho se puede ganar) con intentar reportar casos como estos, ¡saludos!
