<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">A mis 12 años, me desarrollé, y luego de 2 semanas empezó mi pesadilla con el acné. La primera “ola de granitos” empezó en mis mejillas, una experiencia horrible, incómoda y dolorosa, ya que no me gustaba como se me veían mis mejillas. Luego dejaron de salirme en las mejillas y me salían en la frente, en donde sentí que era muchísimo peor porque en la zona de la frente mi piel es muy delgada y no sabía cómo lidiar con el acné. Pasó otro tiempito más y dejaron de salirme en la frente y solo me salían en el mentón, en donde me dolía muchísimo más porque eran granos muy notorios y dolorosos. Muchas veces cometí el error de extirpar esos granos haciendo que se me pusieran mas grandes y me lastimaba mucho mi rostro, todo por la incomodidad que me hacían sentir las personas que se me quedaban viendo mi rostro. 😣</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">When I was 12 years old, I developed, and after 2 weeks my nightmare with acne began. The first "wave of pimples" started on my cheeks, a horrible, uncomfortable and painful experience, as I didn't like the way my cheeks looked. Then they stopped appearing on my cheeks and started appearing on my forehead, where I felt it was much worse because in the forehead area my skin is very thin and I didn't know how to deal with acne. Another little while passed and they stopped appearing on my forehead and only appeared on my chin, where it hurt me a lot more because they were very noticeable and painful pimples. Many times I made the mistake of removing those pimples making them bigger and hurting my face a lot, all because of the discomfort that people who looked at my face made me feel. 😣</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">Decidí investigar sobre tipos de  piel que existen y descubrí que mi tipo de piel es mixta. La piel mixta presenta una textura más grasosa en la Zona T [Frente, nariz y mentón], mientras que el resto del rostro presenta una textura mate, es decir, un mix entre piel normal y seca. Me di cuenta que tenía este tipo de piel por la diferencia que veía en las zonas de mi rostro, y también porque la Zona T es propensa a los granitos y puntos negros por la secreción sebácea, algo que a mi me suele suceder.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">I decided to do some research on skin types and discovered that my skin type is combination. Combination skin has a more oily texture in the T-Zone [forehead, nose and chin], while the rest of the face has a matte texture, that is, a mix of normal and dry skin. I realized I had this skin type because of the difference I saw in the areas of my face, and also because the T-Zone is prone to pimples and blackheads due to sebaceous secretion, something that usually happens to me.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">La piel mixta, corre un gran riesgo de pasar de un extremo a otro, es decir, si no se cuida como es debido, puede llegar a ser o muy grasosa o muy seca. Es por ello que, entre los cuidados de la piel mixta, la limpieza facial es lo primordial, es lo más importante. 🚫NO se debe lavar la cara una sola vez al día (solo al levantarnos), se debe lavar cada cierto tiempo.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Combination skin runs a great risk of going from one extreme to the other, that is, if it is not properly cared for, it can become either very oily or very dry. That is why, among the care for combination skin, facial cleansing is the most important thing. 🚫You should NOT wash your face only once a day (only when you wake up), you should wash it every so often.</div>



<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">En mi caso, lo hago cada vez que la veo/siento grasosa o sucia, ya que no me gusta sentir mi rostro de esa manera más que todo por incomodidad. Normalmente a las personas con este tipo de piel, les recomiendan que no usen productos que contengan aceites, pero a mi en lo personal si me gusta hacer el uso de aceite de Coco 🥥 ya que me ayuda muchísimo a hidratar no solo mi rostro, sino también mi cuerpo entero y cabello.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">In my case, I do it every time I see/feel it oily or dirty, since I don't like to feel my face that way mostly because of discomfort. Normally people with this type of skin are advised not to use products that contain oils, but I personally like to use coconut oil 🥥 because it helps me a lot to moisturize not only my face, but also my whole body and hair.</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-left">A parte del aceite de Coco 🥥, suelo aplicarme mascarillas faciales cada noche antes de dormir, dejándolas actuar entre 15-20mins, luego de retirarlas, me lavo el rostro usando la esponja de silicona que compré especialmente para el rostro. Después de lavarme el rostro, me aplico la mascarilla negra para los puntos negros en la zona de la nariz y mentón, y mientras dejo que se seque y actúe, me coloco una mascarilla para las ojeras en la zona baja de los ojos dejando actuar por 10mins. Luego de retirar ambas mascarillas, me aplico un poco de aceite de coco y crema POND’s, ya que esa crema es hidratante y contiene Vitamina E y Glicerina. Ayuda muchísimo en hidratar tu piel y a dejarla muy suave. 🧡</div>

<div class="text-justify"><div class="pull-right">Apart from Coconut oil 🥥, I usually apply face masks every night before going to sleep, leaving them to act for 15-20mins, after removing them, I wash my face using the silicone sponge I bought especially for my face. After washing my face, I apply the black mask for blackheads on my nose and chin area, and while I let it dry and work, I apply a mask for dark circles under my eyes and let it work for 10 minutes. After removing both masks, I apply some coconut oil and POND's cream, as this cream is moisturizing and contains Vitamin E and Glycerin. It helps so much in moisturizing your skin and leaving it very soft. 🧡</div>

Después de lavarme el rostro, me aplico la mascarilla negra para los puntos negros en la zona de la nariz y mentón, y mientras dejo que se seque y actúe, me coloco una mascarilla para las ojeras en la zona baja de los ojos dejando actuar por 10mins. Luego de retirar ambas mascarillas, me aplico un poco de aceite de coco y crema POND’s, ya que esa crema es hidratante y contiene Vitamina E y Glicerina. Ayuda muchísimo en hidratar tu piel y a dejarla muy suave. 🧡</div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"text-justify\"><div class=\"pull-right\">Apart from Coconut oil 🥥, I usually apply face masks every night before going to sleep, leaving them to act for 15-20mins, after removing them, I wash my face using the silicone sponge I bought especially for my face. After washing my face, I apply the black mask for blackheads on my nose and chin area, and while I let it dry and work, I apply a mask for dark circles under my eyes and let it work for 10 minutes. After removing both masks, I apply some coconut oil and POND's cream, as this cream is moisturizing and contains Vitamin E and Glycerin. Saludos Milagros, gracias por compartirnos tu experiencia.  Luego que desarrollé 🥲 también sufrí de acné y la verdad es que fue muy tormentoso. Llevas tu rutina llena de muchos productos, en particular amo las mascarillas aunque suelo usarlas con menos frecuencia pero la sensación de frescura me encanta.

Tu rostro se nota que está bien cuidadito e hidratado.
Esperamos verte más seguido por aquí.

Me alegra mucho tenerte por acá y conocer la historia de tu piel, en mi etapa de desarrollo tuve la "dicha" de no sufrir de acné a diferencia de ti, pero ya luego en la etapa de pasar de la adolescencia a la juventud, tuve muchos problemas así que entiendo un poco lo que viviste y en la actualidad si me estreso sale uno que otro granito atrevido.

Esta muy bien que cuiden tu piel y uses productos que aporten salud a ella.

Me encanta tu post. Tienes mucha razón una de las equivocaciones más grandes es que nos pellizcamos los granitos, yo solía hacer eso por la desesperación por verlos en el rostro. 
Pero luego de un tiempo empecé a ver qué más bien al hacer esto, se me manchaba la cara.
Si la gente es muy cruel a veces, y nos critican por como tenemos el rostro. Gracias por compartir tu experiencia y darnos tips para el cuidado facial.
