Deseo que se encuentren en una autoobservación constante buscando sumar mejoras en sus emprendimientos.
 
Agradezco este espacio para nutrirme con sus experiencias y comentarios.

 Este año me encuentro muy atenta a los resultados de mi emprendimiento, sé que leer cada post de esta columna está influyendo de forma positiva en ello. Eso sí, voy a mi ritmo. 


#### **```Cuando los emprendimientos se hacen realidad```**



Deseo compartirles un detalle de mi emprendimiento. Cuando comencé a dictar talleres de Programación Neuro lingüista para niños y adolescentes, fue una gran revelación personal, porque de niña deseaba ser maestra.

***Era mi juego preferido, en el cual pasaba horas y horas sin aburrirme ni cansarme***.🙃
 
Mis juguetes preferidos eran: tiza, pizarrón de madera y muñecos que eran mis alumnos.
Cabe destacar que, por creencias instauradas en el camino de mi vida, me olvidé de mi sueño y me preparé en el área de Administración.

 Mientras estaba dormida seguía dándome tanganazos con los números, las estadísticas, sin embargo, ¡un buen día desperté!

Ese día llegó,decidí perseguir mi deseo de volver a jugar a la maestra y esta vez con niños de carne y hueso.

 A través de talleres como actividades extracurriculares logré darle cuerpo a ese sueño, ya han transcurrido 10 años y yo sigo aprendiendo.


#### **```Algo Poderoso y Particular de trabajar con niños y adolescentes```**




***Lo Podereso: Niños emocionalmente sanos,futuros adultos felices*** 🇻🇪🌐🚀

 En mi experiencia, donde mi objetivo ha sido acompañarlos a que descubran sus recursos internos, que domicilien  la autovaloración, el autoconocimiento y autoestima, desarrollen la capacidad gestionar sus emociones, identifiquen posibilidades de cambiar creencias limitantes, lo poderoso de todo esto es la palpable posibilidad de ir haciendo un trabajo de hormiguita, en conjunto con la crianza que reciben en casa, en pro de un futuro adulto feliz.

 Eso me satisface, pongo toda mi intención y deseo en esa construcción social.

***Lo Particular:  Ellos son mis segmentos, y en la publicidad no les hablo a ellos***

Aprendí en el camino y por ensayo y error, que en mis publicidades debía dirigirme era a sus padres y no a ellos. 

 A los niños los debo cautivar en la actividad y previamente debo conquistar la atención de los padres. Mi lenguaje en la publicidad está dirigido a sus padres, por ejemplo:

“ Tú que deseas lo mejor para tus hijos”..., “ Tú que haces lo imposible por entregar herramientas de vida a tus hijos..."

Los representantes de los niños y adolescentes que he tenido en talleres vacacionales son los que deciden si van o no a la actividad,son  los que pagan por el servicio que ofrezco, son los que tienen muchas veces la claridad de cuál es la necesidad de sus hijos, es a los representantes a los que debo informar el por qué y el para qué es imperioso inscribirlos y cuáles son los beneficios de cursar uno de mis talleres.


#### **```Segmentar```**

Una de las importancias de segmentar en los emprendimientos, es que nos permite distiguir a quíen y de qué forma le vamos a hablar a nuestros clientes.

***A quién le hablas,se identifica y te contesta***.

En lo personal, por la cantidad de tiempo libre que tuve en pandemia, pude estudiar un poco más, así  como participar en variadas actividades direccionadas al emprendimiento, es que hubo un boom de información y muchos las aprovechamos, **¿a tí te ocurrió de manera similar?. 

Les confieso que hubo un momento que me sentí saturada y decidí apagar cámaras y en silencio procesar y decantar tanta información. 

El punto es, que en aquel momento, comencé a entregar un nuevo producto llamado  ***"Detox Mental***”, hice caso, mi lenguaje fué cuidadosamente dirigido  hacia las mujeres. 

Puedo afirmar que tuve una alta interacción con ellas en las redes a raíz de cuidar ese gran detalle. 
Incluso una vez 3 caballeros me contactaron para preguntarme por qué sólo les hablaba a ellas, aquello me encantó que ocurriera, porque era testimonio que el experimento estaba funcionando.

Me gustaría aprender de ti que me lees, cuéntame si hay alguna particularidad con tu producto, tus clientes y el lenguaje que usas y te da buenos resultados, ó por que crees que es poderoso dedicarte a ese targuet que elegiste.

 This year I am very attentive to the results of my venture, I know that reading each post of this column is positively influencing it. That said, I am going at my own pace. 

#### **```When dreams come true```**



I want to share with you a detail of my venture. When I started teaching Neuro Linguistic Programming workshops for children and adolescents, it was a great personal revelation, because as a child I wanted to be a teacher.

***It was my favorite game, in which I spent hours and hours without getting bored or tired.***
 
My favorite toys were: chalk, wooden blackboard and dolls that were my students.
It is worth mentioning that, due to beliefs established in the path of my life, I forgot about my sleep and prepared myself in the area of Administration.

 While I was asleep, I kept beating myself with numbers and statistics, but one fine day I woke up!

That day came, I decided to pursue my desire to play teacher again and this time with real children.

 Through workshops as extracurricular activities I managed to give shape to that dream, 10 years have passed and I am still learning.




#### **```Something Powerful and Particular about working with children and adolescents```**



***Powerful: Emotionally healthy children, happy future adults***  🇻🇪🌐🚀

 In my experience, where my objective has been to accompany them to discover their inner resources, to develop self-worth, self-knowledge and self-esteem, to develop the ability to manage their emotions, to identify possibilities to change limiting beliefs, the powerful thing about all this is the palpable possibility of doing an ant-like work, in conjunction with the upbringing they receive at home, for a future happy adult.

 That satisfies me, I put all my intention and desire in that social construction.

***The Particular: They are my segments, and in advertising I do not talk to them***.

I learned along the way and by trial and error, that in my advertising I should address myself to their parents and not to them. 

 I have to captivate the children in the activity and previously I have to conquer the parents' attention. My advertising language is directed to their parents:

"You who wish the best for your children", "You who do the impossible to give life tools to your children."

The representatives of the children and teenagers I have had in vacation workshops are the ones who decide whether or not to go to the activity, they are the ones who pay for the service I offer, they are the ones who often have the clarity of what is the need of their children, it is to the representatives that I must inform why and why it is imperative to enroll them and what are the benefits of attending one of my workshops.

Personally, because of the amount of free time I had during the pandemic, I was able to study a little more, as well as participate in various activities related to entrepreneurship, there was a boom of information and many of us took advantage of it, did it happen to you too? 

I confess that there was a moment when I felt saturated and decided to turn off cameras and silently process and decant so much information.
