**Greetings, friends of #blackandwhite.**

Happy start to the week, dear friends! May these days be filled with many blessings for all of us! 🙏 Today I want to share some photos I took this weekend in the countryside. I believe that nature heals the body, of course, as long as we connect with its essence. There is healing power in the spiritual and physical realms when we connect with people who live in the countryside and learn from their experiences. There are scenes that are unique; animals play a fundamental role. From a small goat to a cat, they are the protagonists of a story where peace and nobility reign.

I came home with beautiful memories in my heart, with life experiences that will positively influence me and those around me. I couldn't be more grateful. ¡Feliz inicio de semana, amigos queridos, que estos días vengan llenos de muchas bendiciones para todos! 🙏.  Hoy les quiero compartir algunas fotos que hice este fin de semana en el campo, yo creo que la naturaleza sana el cuerpo, claro, siempre que uno conecte con su esencia, hay un poder curativo en lo espiritual y lo físico también cuando conectamos con personas que viven en el campo y aprendemos de sus vivencias. Hay escenas que son únicas; los animales juegan un papel fundamental. Desde un pequeño chivo hasta el gato son protagonistas de una historia donde la paz y la nobleza reinan.

Vine a casa con lindos momentos en mi corazón, con experiencias de vida que van a influir positivamente en mi y los que me rodean. No podría estar más agradecido. Por eso les quise compartir parte de mi experiencia con estas imágenes. Como siempre les agradezco mucho por visitarme y comentar con sus puntos de vista. Mil gracias.

Mi amigo, tienes toda la razón la naturaleza sana el cuerpo el alma, siempre que puedo me escapo a conectar  con la pachamama (madre tierra en quechua, lengua de los incas ) sacarse los zapatos las medias y sentir la tierra conectar con el cuerpo es algo genial que sana, por otro lado te quedaron expectaculares las fotos los retratos y todo lo que rodeaba el ambiente lo retrataste tal cual felicidades siempre feliz de contemplar  tu trabajo un abrazo

Gracias mi amigo por su comentario, me encanta el término para llamar a la tierra como La Pachamama, y es cierto que es como nuestra madre, muy acertados los Incas al llamarla así, el campo me llena de vida, por eso siempre trato de incluirlo en mis salidas, es imprescindible 😍. Miro estas fotos y pienso que hay mucha nobleza en ellas, tanto del fotógrafo, como de sus modelos. Otra cosa que me transmiten es que el tiempo corre allí de manera muy diferente a como lo sentimos en la ciudad.
