Hello friends. Today, to relieve stress at work, I devoted myself to garden and plant care. I buried my negative energy. Grounding really removes electricity and negative energy from people.  I'm having busy and stressful days at work these days. I don't like to offend or upset people. But sometimes my colleagues push my limits at work. Today was a day when I had difficulty expressing myself. I don't like giving orders to others. I expect people to follow up and do their own work. But sometimes you have to be a little tough.   Today I avoided people so as not to break anyone's heart. I put on my gloves and started pulling weeds in the garden. Pulling weeds in the garden felt like therapy. Zero thinking just grab the herbs and pull. It is such a relaxing activity that I recommend it to everyone.   My friend's orchid at work is about to fade. The plant has a disease called permanent wilting point, which turns yellow over time. The leaves turned yellow and their tips started to rot. I cut off the dead leaves of the orchid. I took it out of the pot. Its roots are rotten. I cut off the dead roots. I pruned it a bit to regenerate the roots. I think he watered it too much. I placed it in the best part of the laboratory, I hope it comes to life again. Last year the beautiful pink orchid flower bloomed.   I mowed for a full hour. I hoeed some soil. I buried all my anger and stress. I relaxed and calmed down. I drank a cup of Turkish coffee. And I started working again. I became more understanding, calmer and more understandable. If I didn't do this, I would definitely have to yell at someone.   I am a person who relieves stress by working on soil or walking. I don't get angry easily. I'm not aggressive either. Topraklama gerçekten insandaki elektriği ve negatif enerjiyi alıyor.  Bugünlerde iş yerinde yoğun ve stresli günler geçiriyorum. İnsanları kırmayı yada üzmeyi sevmem..Ama iş yerinde bazen çalışma arkadaşlarım sınırımı zorluyorlar. Bugün de benim kendimi ifade etmekte zorlandığım bir gündü. Birilerine emir vererek iş yaptırmayı sevmiyorum. İnsanların işlerini kendilerinin takip etmesi ve yapmasını bekliyorum. Ama bazen biraz sert olmak gerekebiliyor.   Bugün kimsenin kalbini kırmamak için insanlardan kaçtım. Eldivenimi giydim ve bahçedeki otları yolmaya başladım. Bahçedeki yabani otları yolmak tam bir terapi gibi geldi. Sıfır düşünce sadece otları tut ve çek. Okadar rahatlatıcı bir etkinlik ki herkese tavsiye ederim.   Arkadaşımın iş yerindeki orkidesi solma noktasına gelmiş. Sürekli solma noktası denilen bitkinin zamanla sararma hastalığına yakalanmış. Yapraklar sararmış, uçları çürümeye başlamış.Orkidenin ölü yapraklarını kestim. Saksıdan çıkardım. Kökleri çürümüş. Ölü kökleri kestim. Köklerinin yeniden canlanması için biraz budadım. Sanırım çok sulamış. Onu laboratuvarın en güzel yerine yerleştirdim umarım tekrar canlanır. Geçen sene harika pembe orkide çiçeği açmıştı.   Tam bir saat boyunca ot biçtim. Biraz toprağa çapa yaptım. Bütün sinirimi, stresimi toprağa verdim. Rahatladım sakinleştim. Bir fincan türk kahvesi içtim. Ve tekrar işe başladım. Daha anlayışlı daha sakin ve daha anlaşılır oldum. Bunu yapmasaydım kesinlikle birilerine bağırmak zorunda kalacaktım.   Ben sitresimi toprakla uğraşarak yada yürüyerek atan bir insanım. Kolay kolay sinirlenmem. Agresif de değilimdir. Siz stresle nasıl başa çıkıyorsunuz. Sizi ne sakinleştirebilir? Stres hattımızda her zaman olacak. Önemli olan sitesi yönetebilmek. Sakin ve huzurlu günler dilerim. Okuduğunuz için çok teşekkür ederim.
