When I was a child I perused this rhyme \" Early to bed and ahead of schedule to rise, keeps a man solid well off and astute\" and it works even following 25 years when I read it first time. Much the same as you in the past I used to feel the equivalent yet my granny demanded me to rest early and let me share with you at first it was difficult to rest right on time as regardless of how hard I endeavor to rest, I was wide conscious yet bit by bit things began working their route and following two weeks I could rest early and rise early and trust me I saw an adjustment in me, I never again was worn out and to add cherry to the cake I took up rec center and began practicing that achieved those additional miles. I'm pretty sure that if you just let yourself rest for a couple of days you should feel alot better and less sleepy than you are.

While you're taking a couple off, try to avoid staring at your phone all day long, sleep alot, exercise and eat healthy, your body will definitely gain the strength it needs to keep you awake and running all day long.

If after doing this you still feel sleepy everyday then the best thing to do would be to go see a doctor, just in case it's a medical issue but I strongly doubt that it'll come to that.

I hope this helps.
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f39emfthw","appParentAuthor":"divine-sound","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |

With the resources especially getting scarce and depleted, prices are expected to soar high. We will be thinking of how to provide jobs for this massive amount of people and many forests would be deforested in order to provide homes for all humans. And I think many diseases would soar high too, many population and at the same time, diseases that are contagious and I think we will experience famine when that time comes and hopefully we have a lot of doctors and medical staff that would cater the health needs of all people. Additionally, wars and territorial disputes would reach all time and the main culprit could be who owns that territory that is rich in resources, let’s say minerals or even fuel. So far, those are the issues that could make the humanity in shock once we have a very huge population. Hopefully, cryptocurrencies would be used and adopted all throughout the world.
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p337luv7q","appParentAuthor":"divine-sound","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |

Family can be difficult sometimes and it's even harder trying to deal with your typical stress at work and the stress that family imposes on you so giving yourself a little space isn't a bad idea at all.

If for some reason you can create space between yourself and your family then you need to stand up and tell your family members to settle their issues amicably because it's affecting you negatively. Sometimes family members don't know how their actions are affecting us until we let them know how it is.

Finally, if that doesn't work then you simply just have to develop thick skin and ignore your family members when they start having issues, people will see you as a bit cruel, but sometimes we have to do what's best for us even if it might hurt people.

I hope this helps
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"p3zc8pt7q","appParentAuthor":"divine-sound","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |

If I had a million dollars, and it had to be invested into something (not just spent), and done so by today, I imagine that might limit what I could do with it, since some transactions might take longer to commit. However, if the promise of committal was allowed, then I think I would do the following: (I'm not sure how I would break this down, so, for the sake of this exercise, I won't throw out numbers or percentages, just what I would invest in and why.) REAL ESTATE This could include undeveloped commercial or residential land to potentially do something to and then resell, some cheaper vacation properties, farm land, and potentially a home. I would not buy apartments or other types of property for long term rent or lease. PRECIOUS METALS I've been interested in purchasing physical gold and silver for a long time now, and using a part of the million dollars would give me an opportunity to do so in a big way. I like the hedge against major economic downturns that gold provides, along with its wide acceptance as something exchangeable for something needful. STEEM I would definitely buy more STEEM, maybe enough to make me a true whale here, if an exchange would allow it. since there seems to be limits. I might consider bitcoin or a lesser known one like BAT, but as I'm not that keen on crypto in general, I probably wouldn't put a whole lot into it. BUSINESS/START UP I might invest in some sort of business to either run or be a silent partner in. I would not buy stocks in companies, though. I'd rather have a close and personal relationship with a partner or management rather than being one of many investors. MEDICAL RESEARCH I'd probably give money to some sort of medical research, particularly dealing with incurable diseases, or ones that are prominent, like the various cancers. MICRO INVESTMENTS I might actually look at investing money in people where smaller amounts would actually lift them out of destitution and provide them with education or business opportunities that leads to gainful employment. These would not be gifts, but I don't think I would charge much of any interest.

The worst when things were really bad and I had so many problems ranging from financial to health issues, I was probably worrying so much that if I was just a tad bit older, I might have gotten a stroke or something.

But sooner or later, I came to the realisation that despite how many times I found myself in a bad position, everything became okay eventually. It might not have gone my way and the worst may have happened but somehow I survived everything every single time and that's what prompted me to believe that at the end of the day everything will be ok.

I hope this helps.
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"f3fk7wv7w","appParentAuthor":"hilladigahackles","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |

You may have seen the list of donors thus far, and gone through the names and seen whatever other philanthropy they've done to confirm they haven't actually helped impoverished or war-torn countries. I haven't seen a list, nor have I checked to see to what else they've donated, so I can't really speak to that part of the question. However, if there's a judgment call being made between helping to rebuild the cathedral at Notre Dame or using that same money somewhere else, I guess to that I can only say that people will donate to what they they will, and it's their right and choice to do so. I have not been to the cathedral, though there are plenty on STEEM who have, and for them, it was devastating to see the cathedral burn. An 850-plus year old building can have that kind of effect on people, especially when it has significant ties to a religion. And of course, there were an assortment of things inside the cathedral that if damaged are irreplaceable. For the Paris economy, Notre Dame was one of the most highly visited tourist attractions. It's loss has yet to be measured in economic dollars, especially for that specific area. So, there's at least religious and economic issues being addressed here, along with national sentiment, I suspect. Given the fact that there is some speculation that the fire was not accidental, but potentially purposeful, I think that makes this particular incident that much more front and center in the minds of millions, not just in France, but around Europe, if not the world. As far as I know, there has yet to be a full report as to the cause (which so far has been officially called or described as accidental), so it's premature to call it anything, but that doesn't stop people from drawing conclusions, or acting in the way they see as best. Which, for those who have the money and will to do so, means donating large sums of money for Notre Dame's reconstruction.

At the end of 2017, the price of steem reached more than 10 dollars per 1 coin. However, in the past few months the price of steem has dropped dramatically to touch the price of 0.4 dollars per coin. The cause of the decline in coin steem is the decline in the price of bitcoin, the price of bitcoin is indeed very influential on the price of altcoin like this coin steem if the price of bitcoin rises, almost all altcoins will go up.

And if the price of bitcoin is down, almost all of the prices of altcoins will also go down. However, this coin steem is very suitable to be used as a future investment coin because in the future the price of steem will continue to rise as the price of bitcoin rises. You can buy coin steem at this time and save it at several exchangers and sell it when the steem prices are going up, so you will reap a huge profit from this coin steem. We never know how much this steem coin will cost in the future, it can go up to 100% or even 1000% from the current price.

For the next 10 years, I am very sure that the price of this steem will soar and even touch the highest price of this coin steem. If the price is currently declining, then in the next 10 years the prices of steem will continue to rise as the cryptocurrency increases in some market exchangers. If you collect a lot of coin steem by joining and working on this stealth blockchain-based platform, then in the next 10 years you will enjoy the results of your hard work now. However, if on the steemit platform we can arrange the payment according to what we want except the payment of steem and steem dollars that we cannot manage. For payments using steempower we will receive payment in full using steempower only, but if you don't set it up then you will receive payment in accordance with what has been set by Steemit.

The bottom line is that I don't really understand how to manage payments using steempower in musing.io because I still don't know much about this musio.io platform. But if you want to make changes to steempower payments in Steemit, you can do it, because there you can set it up in the reward reward settings that we will receive later when we make a post on the steemit platform. So you can say that vest is the technical denomination in the language of blockchain to recognize. In order to simplify it it is shown in the form of steem power in the user interface. Here vests are recognized as shares in steem blockchain. So steem blockchain recognizes steem as the native token of steem blockchain and vests as the shares.
\n
When ever you power down your steem power then in the transaction, it shows the reference as vest not steem power. So vest is what steem blockchain does recognize. Further if you have more vests, you have more shares, that means you have more influence in this community and you have more voting power as well. For vested stake holder there is also a reward from the reward pool. So the vests increase with the passage of time and you might have noticed your steem power growing everyday even without doing anything. But it is very small in amount, so unless you dont have more vest you may not even notice that. But it really grows over time.
\n
Further, from the community engagement point of view, vests role is paramount and it plays a pivotal role in a healthy and influential engagement. In initiating a delegation to another peer, it also requires to input the vests amount not steem power, so again the internal deign is based on vests and steem power is only a way to indicate vests in a simplified way. Simply put, the more vests you have, you will have more voting power, more influence, more rewards in proportion to your vest, you can achieve more productive engagement, you can get more number of followers as a result of more vests etc.
\n

","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pkw866thq","appParentAuthor":"pankajsharm","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |

If we have a lot of steempower, then the reward that will be received will also be large and if we have only a small amount of steempower then the reward that will be received is only a little. And for those who want to rent steempower for 90 days, you can also rent there because there is acceptance of steempower rental services if you want to get a lot of steempower then you have to give a big rental fee but if you want to hire a small amount of steamer then you it only costs a little to rent it.

The point is that steempower is very influential on the strength of the votes that we give, if we have a lot of steempower to eat, our vote strength will be large, but if we have only a small amount of steempower, the vote strength we will give is also small. Life certainly can be challenging at 70-plus, just like it can be at any age. Depending on how we are able to form familial ties and keep them, provide financial stability, maintain an acceptable level of health, energy, freedom from physical pain, mental acuity, etc. All of those things become more and more significant as time goes by. However, depending upon the age one is, there's time to prepare for aging, and the sooner this preparation can begin, the easier it will be to realize and have when needed. The question presupposes that those who are around now but won't be at age 70 are parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, older siblings, perhaps, and maybe cousins. It also presupposes, that there won't be new blood relations or family formed, such as a spouse, children, grandchildren, and so forth. While the former will most likely be the case—parents and older generations tend to be gone by the time their children and grandchildren get into their 70s—the possibility of having a family, unless it's not possible due to some medical reason (and even then, there's the potential for adoption—not blood related, but still family), is there. Descendants can be a source of strength as we age, and I would hope that there would be an opportunity there. Aging is an ongoing issue for many, and yes, there are those who end up alone. There are others who have posterity that also left alone mostly. So, having a family isn't a guarantee, but there are things that can be done to better prepare for the day when help is needed. Places such as a care facility or community are available. I would hope they would be last resort. There's much more that can be done before such an eventuality to ensure we're not alone in our old age.

I actually had to smile after reading your question and this implies that you are among the reasonable ones who think about the future and this is a very good attitude which must be practiced by every individual to enable them prepare themselves for any future challenges that may likely occur during those period. 😊

We will surely experience old age just like our grand parents or predecessors had experienced theirs even though it isn't going to be easy being alone because your children will be dealing with their own lives with their family such that you won't be together always as you've always being together. They tend to keep visiting at their free time or often or maybe when there is something to celebrate such as Christmas, Easter or Eidul-Fitr and other celebrations. At that time, we tend to feel very happy when our children come with their family to greet us and this moment will always be a part of us because we won't actually want them to leave due to the sweet pleasure and fun we are having with them.

But have you ever thought of it the other way round such that what if what you were thinking about age 70 isn't gonna be that way? What if it's gonna be the period when you will have more fun. What if it's gonna be the period when you will fulfill your desired goals just like how some people became drastically rich at such age. I believe it's sometimes better to just enjoy and live the present life in such a way that it will affect our future in a positive manner because what we sometimes do today will surely reflect in the future. This implies that you have to start developing your relationship with your family and blood relatives including your friends so that they don't forget you in the future since you never forgot them at the present life.

I am actually not doubting your perception about old age because I have seen lots of old people living their lives that way. They tend to be very lonely and sitting alone in a very gentle and calm manner. They tend to sit for a long period of time without taking too much as they are just observing their environment. The strength has been vanished such that their beautiful and cute face has been overtook with wrinkles. This is the period they now know the value of life!!. Most youth of today tend to see life as a place to have fun or engage in non productive activities without fulfilling their main benefits or purpose in life which sometimes make them reject their past actions at old age. I advise that we should always make use of our energetic stage or youth stage wisely to do things productive and fulfil our goals before it's too late.

should I move to older age community and stay there ? I am asking this because I feel my life will be very challenging at 70+?

Sometimes what we think about the future may not really happen in the future as this has to do with some old age people we might have noticed which gives us psychological impression that it may also happen to us. The fact is that the future can't actually be predicted but it can be created. You actually create your future as from this stage and if it doesn't goes as you've planned, you need to accept it as destiny or fate.

If going to older age community will surely make you happy, I suggest you can go because you just have to stay happy no matter what happens. Always remember happiness is a choice and you must choose to be happy when that time comes.

I also suggest you avoid loosing hope in your self when you said your life will be challenging at 70. Have you lived a life of 70 years before jumping into such conclusion? Some people actually thought the same way but it was actually not what they thought happened to them in the future. That's how life plays it game. Life is just so unpredictable when it comes to this kind of thoughts... So live your present life happily and keep hoping for the best in the future.

Thanks for reading and I hope this helps.
","appDepth":2,"appParentPermlink":"pke9vuvhw","appParentAuthor":"sapwood","musingAppId":"aU2p3C3a8N","musingAppVersion":"1.1","musingPostType":"answer"}" |

If you like solitude, it is recommended that you do not go into an old people's home, because usually these are institutions where ´personas tend to share and where you can have strangers nearby. But if what you are interested in is your care, the ideal is that you enroll in one of these institutions, with time. I signed up for STEEM in late December of 2017. It took a few days, as I recall, to get approved, so my official account date is December 30, 2017. It took a few days, thanks to the holidays, to get going, so my first official acts on STEEM didn't take place until January 1, 2018. I think I started following a few accounts and maybe upvoted. Can't remember if I commented or not. My first post didn't happen until a few days later. I guess that makes me 473 days old on STEEM. My current SP sits at just over 6,700, making me a dolphin, a threshold I passed back in late November of last year. Just over 4,500 SP is through investing. The rest I've earned through rewards for posting, commenting, curating, along with winning some contest prizes and receiving some rewards from bounties.
