# **<P><center><SUB>🇺🇸 English🇺🇸</SUB></center></P>**

<P><div class="text-justify">At the university where I work, there are always workshops, talks, and discussions for both students and teachers. This week, representing the administration program where we are assigned, two teachers participated in a training on andragogical dynamics. </div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">These types of dynamics are used to facilitate the learning process in adults, based on a purpose and the same desire to learn, unlike the pedagogical dynamics used with children 🚸.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">The fact is that Professor Gerania and I attended the workshop, which was only supposed to be for a short time because I also had to go to class, hehe, but in the end we stayed because it was a very dynamic, quick workshop, although they had their attention, coffee and everything, hehe.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">After the presentation by the professor who organized the workshop, groups were formed to work on different dynamics. In our case, we both had to work on a topic. Applying the hexagram technique, it was my first time working with this technique, but I really enjoyed incorporating it into my study skills classes. We continue to learn.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">We presented the hexagram with the help of the students who were collaborating in the workshop, and the organizing teacher closed the workshop.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Personally, it was an enriching experience. In this role as teachers, we need to continue training and preparing ourselves to do a better job so that the teaching-learning process is truly meaningful.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">We should always be willing to continue learning, making room for these types of workshops, which not only teach from our own experiences in education, but also allow us to socialize. In my case, being new to this location, it allows me to learn about the experiences of other teachers.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">En la universidad donde trabajo, siempre se están realizando talleres, charlas, conversatorios, tanto para estudiantes como para docentes. Ésta semana en representación del programa de administración donde estamos adscritas, dos docentes participamos en una formación sobre dinámicas andragogicas.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Éste tipo de dinámicas se utilizan para facilitar el proceso de aprendizaje en adultos, partiendo de un proposito, y el mismo deseo de aprender, a diferencia de las dinámicas pedagógicas que se trabaja en los niños 🚸.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">El caso es que la profe Gerania y yo asistimos al taller que sería solo un rato porque también debía ir a clases, Jejeje, pero al final nos quedamos porque fue un taller bastante dinámico, rápido, aunque tuvieron sus atenciones, cafecito y todo, Jejeje.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Después de la exposición de la profesora que organizo el taller, se conformaron grupos para trabajar diferentes dinámicas, en el caso de nosotras dos nos tocó trabajar un tema aplicando la técnica del hexagrama, primera vez que trabajo con ésta técnica pero me gustó mucho para incorporar en mis clases de técnicas de estudio, seguimos aprendiendo.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Presentamos el hexagrama con ayuda de las estudiantes que estaban colaborando en el taller, y la profesora organizadora hizo el cierre.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">En lo personal fue una experiencia enriquecedora, en éste trabajo como docentes, necesitamos seguirnos formando y preparando para hacer un mejor trabajo para que el proceso enseñanza-aprendizaje sea verdaderamente significativo.</div></P>

<P><div class="text-justify">Siempre debemos estar dispuesto a seguir aprendiendo, hacer espacio para éste tipo de talleres, que no solo enseñan desde las experiencias propias de la educación, sino que además nos permiten socializar, en mi caso siendo nueva en ésta sede, me permite conocer experiencias de otros docentes.</div></P>
