Por problemas de salud estuve unos días ausentado pero, también esos días me dediqué a seguir la final de la LVBP y ayer se tituló como campeón Cardenales de Lara luego de 5 años tras su último título. Sin embargo debo decir que durante estos días mis practicas del juego cesaron y por ellos les muestro con hecho la forma en la que esto afecta nuestro rendimiento, así que, entremos en materia.

Due to health problems I was absent for a few days but, also those days I dedicated myself to follow the LVBP final and yesterday Cardenales de Lara was titled as champion after 5 years after their last title. However I must say that during these days my game practices ceased and for them I show you with fact the way in which this affects our performance, so, let's get into the matter.</sub>

Una de las razones principales por las cuales la práctica diaria es tan importante es que fortalece la memoria y la capacidad de concentración. Al estudiar partidas de grandes maestros, analizar posiciones y memorizar aperturas, el jugador está entrenando su cerebro para recordar patrones, secuencias y conceptos clave. Esta mejora en la memoria a largo plazo facilita la identificación de las mejores opciones en el tablero, incluso bajo presión. Además, la concentración sostenida necesaria para jugar una partida de ajedrez se desarrolla gradualmente con la práctica regular.
