The truth was that I had many proposals to start publishing, as well as nerves, doubts...

As a guide option I used the classic photo gallery to look for inspiration and I uncovered from it an endless number of memories. Today where stress, anxiety and sometimes even depression try to knock on the door of our soul.

>Cómo opción de guía utilicé la clásica galería de fotos para buscar inspiración y destapé de ella un numeroso sinfín de recuerdos. Hoy día donde el estrés, la ansiedad y a veces incluso la depresión intenta tocarnos la puerta del alma.

I know that sometimes it is better to dream or get distracted to escape a bit and this is where among my searches I found a moment that made my heart feel at peace and I hope I could convey this pleasant feeling to you a little.

>Sé que a veces es mejor soñar o distraerse para escapar un poco y aquí es donde entre mis búsquedas encontré memento que hizo mi corazón sentir en paz y ojalá pudiese transmitir un poco a ustedes esta agradable sensación.

Now hands to action, I would like to tell you about my past experience of these vacations in August in Cayo Guillermo, specifically at the Gran Muthu Rainbow hotel. Of course in my beautiful Cuba.

I know that it seems like a utopia, something crazy for the price that it offers us, "ordinary Cubans". But I assure you that for lovers of tranquility, art, nature and beauty, it will be an unrepeatable experience.

>Sé que parece una utopía, algo descabellado para el precio que nos oferta a nosotros, "los cubanos de a pie". Pero les aseguro que para los amante de la tranquilidad, el arte, la naturaleza y la belleza, les será una experiencia irrepetible.

The "almost" brand new hotel is located at the end of the sprawling Cayo Guillermo, a tropical island in the Jardines del Rey archipelago, off the north coast of Cuba, between the Bahía de los Perros (Bahía de Perros) and the Atlantic Ocean. It is part of the province of Ciego de Ávila, and is located in the municipality of Morón.

>El "casi" recién estrenado hotel se encuentra al final del extenso Cayo Guillermo, isla tropical en el archipiélago Jardines del Rey, en la costa norte de Cuba, entre la Bahía de los Perros (Bahía de Perros) y el Océano Atlántico. Forma parte de la provincia de Ciego de Ávila, y se ubica en el municipio de Morón. 

Its opening was supposed to be in 2019, but the arrival of the devastating COVID-19 did not allow its innovative concept to be released to the world within the country and had to be postponed until the end of 2021.

Belonging to the Indian hotel chain MGM Muthu, which for several years has set its sights on our country to launch several hotels with very good rankings in terms of quality of service, food, hygiene, entertainment and price.

>Perteneciente a la cadena hotelera india MGM Muthu, que desde hace varios años ha puesto los ojos en nuestro país para lanzar varios hoteles con muy buen ranking en cuanto a calidad de servicio, comida, higiene, animaciones y precio.

The truth, although it is somewhat controversial, I would like to clarify several doubts about what it proposes.

>La verdad, aunque sea algo controversial, quisiera aclarar varias dudas sobre lo que propone el mismo. 

The Gran Muthu Rainbow is supposed to be a hotel that supports the entire LGTBQA+ sector, therefore its public is aimed at adults. But before revolutionizing reading and creating more unknowns, I would really like to clarify that for its purpose it is designed to welcome anyone who wants to spend their time in such a wonderful place, from the most conservative to the most progressive, regardless of their condition. sexuality or race, without being judged and without preferential treatment.

>Se supone que el Gran Muthu Rainbow es un hotel que apoya todo el sector LGTBQA+, por lo tanto su público es dirigido a adultos. Pero antes de revolucionar la lectura y crear más incógnitas, realmente quisiera aclarar que con su fin está diseñado para darle la bienvenida a cualquier persona que quiera pasar su tiempo en tan maravilloso lugar, desde los más conservadores hasta los más progresistas, sin importar tu condición sexual o raza, sin ser juzgados y sin preferencia de trato. 

The place has a rather modern architecture, with predominantly white on its walls, but always with small touches of colors from a minimalist aspect, thus managing to maintain an atmosphere of peace and joy even for the rest of our eyes.

>El lugar tiene una arquitectura más bien moderna, con el blanco predominamdo en sus paredes, pero siempre con pequeños dotes de colores desde un aspecto minimalista, logrando así mantener un ambiente de paz y alegría incluso para el descanso de nuestra mirada.

According to its structure, it presents the following places of interest in addition to the rooms inside the hotel, the bungalows and the lobby:
• 1 gym.
• 1 pool
• 3 restaurants specialized in Chinese, Indian, Cuban and tapas food respectively.
• 1 buffet restaurant for breakfast.
• 1 bar inside the pool.
• 1 lobby bar.
• 2 cafeterias.
• 1 bar next to the beach area it covers.
• 1 massage area, which you can buy your service at your choice from the lobby.
• 1 store inside the facility, where you can only buy at MLC.
• 1 tennis court.

>Según su estructura presenta los siguientes lugares de interés además de las habitaciones dentro del hotel, los bungalows y lobby:
• 1 gimnasio.
• 1 piscina
• 3 restaurantes especializados respectivamente de comida china, india, cubana y tapas.
• 1 restaurante buffet para el desayuno.
• 1 bar dentro de la piscina.
• 1 lobby bar.
• 2 cafeterías.
• 1 bar al lado de la zona de playa que cubre.
• 1 zona de masajes, cuales que puedes comprar su servicio a tu elección desde el lobby.
• 1 tienda dentro de la instalación, donde sólo se puede comprar en MLC.
• 1 cancha de tenis.

How you will perceive does not skimp on offering services in different places within the hotel; also including a bus (if you could tell me in the comments what you call this means of transport, I would be very happy 😊) that let you go from the hotel to the shopping center remotest from Ciego de Ávila or to the exquisite Playa Pilar, located on the Cayo itself.

>Cómo percibirán no escatima en ofrecer servicios en diferentes lugares dentro del hotel; incluyendo además una guagua o bus, como prefieras decirle o según le llamen en tu país (si pudieses decirme en los comentarios como le llamas a este medio de transporte, me haría muy feliz 😊) que te dejan ir desde el hotel hasta el centro comercial más remoto de Ciego de Ávila o hasta la exquisita Playa Pilar, ubicada en el mismo Cayo. 

I went with my parents and my best friend to the place, booking since May through the Cuba Travel agency and we got transportation separately. At first we went with many expectations and fears; Especially since it was new, we didn't have many references to the place.

>Fui con mis padres y mi mejor amiga al lugar, reservando desde mayo por la agencia Cuba Travel y el transporte lo conseguimos aparte. Al principio íbamos con muchas expectativas y miedos; sobre todo porque era nuevo no teníamos muchas referencias del lugar.

The journey was long and somewhat tedious, but from the moment we arrived at the place we felt all the pleasant welcome and the freshness of its entire environment. We had never come across such a high level of service, which made the previous hotels we had visited seem like just simple hostels.

>El viaje fue largo y algo tedioso, pero desde la llegada al lugar sentimos toda la agradable bienvenida y la frescura de todo su ambiente. Jamás nos habíamos topado con un servicio de tan alto nivel, que hacía que los anteriores hoteles que habíamos visitado parecieran simplemente simples hostales.

From the beginning to the end we could feel loved, they greeted us at every moment and asked us about how we were feeling in the place. Every night they did activities that despite sometimes having few spectators, there was always joy, education and lots of fun.

>Desde el principio hasta el final pudimos sentirnos queridos, nos saludaban a cada momento y nos preguntaban sobre cómo nos estábamos sintiendo en el lugar. Todas las noches hacían actividades que a pesar de tener pocos espectadores algunas veces, siempre había alegría, educación y mucha diversión.

We could not give ourselves the pleasure of carrying out some of the extra services of the place due to the time and sometimes the budget that we presented. However, even so, the hotel workers managed to surprise us for my mother's birthday, who decorated the table where we ate, sang the characteristic congratulations and prepared a delicious cake to celebrate that day, added of course to the animation for the night they held a small party in his tribute.

>No pudimos darnos el gusto de realizar algunos de los servicios extra del lugar por el tiempo y a veces por el presupuesto que presentábamos. Sin embargo, aún así los trabajadores del hotel se las ingeniaron para sorprendernos por el cumpleaños de mi mamá, quienes decoraron la mesa donde comíamos, cantaron las características felicidades y prepararon un delicioso pastel para celebrar ese día, sumado como no a la animación por la noche que realizaron una pequeña fiesta en su homenaje.

The truth is, I fall short of words to be able to describe with words, how good we feel. The truth is that they were spectacular views and service 20/10. I hope I can repeat the experience and I also hope that you can enjoy it or fill yourself with small moments full of joy that your classic photo gallery reminds you of.

>La verdad, me quedo corta en palabras para poder describir con palabras, lo bien que nos sentimos. La verdad que eran vistas espectaculares y servicio 20/10.
