preparing a birthday cake for my son - a quick cake without baking and the kids adore it

Lazy women's cake  
 😊 is a very fast cake with a unique taste that will win you over not only with its appearance and taste, but also with its simplicity of preparation.

Ingredients:

1kg of whipped cream

400 g sour cream

600 ml of acidic water

400 g raspberries

400 g of Eurocream

600 g of ground plasma biscuits

2 gelatin

PREPARATION:

mineral water is added to the whipped cream and the whipped cream is whipped into a solid foam.

add ground plasma biscuits in one portion.

in the second part we add eurocream.

in the third part of the raspberry and mix each well to combine the ingredients.

first stir the ground plasma biscuits and put in a mold.

nice to straighten it in the fashion to see that all sides are the same.

then mix the raspberry filling, make a gelatin that dissolves in a little water and add the filling, stir quickly, so that the gelatin covers the whole mass.

when done place it over the plasma filling and level the surface.

then go the last filling with eurocream, mix eurocream and add gelatin as well.

Put this filling over the fruit filling.

put the cake in the fridge for 2 to three hours to set nicely. Remove the rim of the mold and decorate as desired.
