Heart disease is a leading cause of death rate, so making an effort to protect the heart is highly important whether there is a diagnosis of heart disease or not, Smoking is very bad for the lungs, it also causes harm to the heart and blood vessels, you shouldn't get into it if you have not started and stop if you are engaging in the act.
