Hola amigos, hoy en la mañana decidí reparar el motor del sube y baja del vidrio del la puerta del copiloto del carro el cual desde hace más de un mes dejaba de funcionar y volvia a funcionar  al abrir y cerrar nuevamente la puerta, es decir que con el impacto de la puerta volvia a funcionar, todo es me indicaba que los carbones ya estaban desgastados y digo este es el sintoma más común que presenta estos motores cuando se desgastan los carbones.

Bueno amigos, actualmente el aire del carro se encuentra dañado,  por lo que es incomodo andar con el vidrio de la puerta arriba,  de manera que hoy decidí desmontar el motor del mecanismo de subir y bajar el vidrio de la puerta, la verdad es que es importante aprender a reparar estos motores, generalmente cuando estos motores fallan es por el desgaste de los carbones, lo cual podemos solucionar simplemente sustituyendo dichos carbones. Estos carbones tienen un costo en el mercado de 3 dolares el par, pero si llevamos el carro al taller, seguro que esta reparación nos va a costar por lo menos 40 dolares, así que es importante que nosotros mismos reparemos estos motores.

# Reemplazo de carbones en el motor que sube y baja el vidrio de la puerta del auto OPTRA // Replacement of carbons in the motor that raises and lowers the OPTRA car door glass

Bueno amigos, este trabajo es bastante sencillo, después de retirar el motor de la puerta, lo primero que tenemos que hacer es retirar los carbones desgastados, para hacer este trabajo, necesitamos el cautín, porque tenemos que fundir el punto de estaño que une los dos carbones con el embobinado del rotor, estos carbones los podemos comprar en las tiendan de repuestos eléctricos, les cuento que hoy fui a comprar estos carbones, pero conseguí unos carbones con 3 milimetros más largos, por lo que tuve que rebajar esos 3 milimetros con una lima y quedarón muy bien, así que les dejo esta idea, en caso de que no consigan la medida exacta de sus carbones.

## Retirando los carbones dañados: / Removing damaged coals:
Estos carbones se pueden retirar fundiendo el estaño con el cautín, también podemos cortar el alambre del carbón dañado, dejando unos 3 milimetros para poder empalmar el carbón nuevo, pero igualmente, el empalme hay que hacerlo con estaño.

***El rotor o inducido, se encuentra en buen estado:  / The rotor is in good condition:***

Afortunadamente las delgas del inducido se encontraban en buen estado, solo le pasé una lija 500 y quedaron bien limpias.

### Retirando los carbones gastados: / Removing spent carbons:

Bueno amigos, uno de los carbones lo pude retirar simplemente removiendo el estaño del alambre con el cautín y sacandolo de la base metálica, el otro carbon, lo pude retirar removiendo la base metálica, ya que la tapa deesta base, estaba bloqueada por el plástico del conector, pero este trabajo también es sencillo, solo hay que empujar las dos patas que se insertan en la base y listo.

## Colocando los nuevos carbones / Placing the new coals
Bueno amigos, para instalar los nuevos carbones, tenemos que soldar el alambre del carbón de un extremo con el terminal del la fase (+) y el carbon del otro extremo con el terminal e la fase (-), tal y como estaban los anteriores.

## Montaje de la tapa con los carbones sobre la base del motor / Assembling the cover with the carbons on the engine base

Bueno amigos, lo siguiente será cubrir el motor con la tapa que posee los carbones, para hacer esto, debo empujar los carbones hacia adentro y soltarlos sobre las adelgas del inducido y de esta manera quedará listo para montarlo en el mecanismo de la puerta.

Bueno amigos, a continuación voy a poner en funcionamiento el motor, para esto voy a utilizar un transformador de corriente de 12 voltios, pero antes de hacer esta prueba, le voy a colocar una cinta adhesiva a la tapa del motor para evitar que se mueva o se salga, porque esta tapa se ajusta con la ta base del mecanismo de la puerta mediante tres tornillos, pero voy a realizar esta prueba para estar seguro de su buen funcionamiento.
