Hi everyone! 😊

I have less time for blogging these days, but it is only a matter of time before I can do it again. As the weather is better, I wish to go outside, take my camera and take some nice pictures.

For today I am going to show you some drawings I have been doing. They're almost gestures, but I've added some flash details so I consider them more like a figure drawing session, more focused on the study of the body than the movement itself.

The main challenge in this type of exercise is to maintain the consistency in our drawing that the body should appear heavy and voluminous. (Whatever the body type of the model is!)

For example, for the last one below, I think the leg seems consistent, but the hands are not so as they seem very flat. Also the curve of the arm is really strange 😆

The challenge is this: how to keep things consistent and realistic in a limited time sketch?
The more we draw, the better we will be and the faster we will have nice sketches.
