Your own Bitcoin Lightning Address with Wallet of Satoshi
Hi guys,

to send small amounts of Bitcoin, also called Satoshis, quickly and cheaply, there is the Bitcoin Lightning network. One of the most popular Lightning wallets is Wallet of Satoshi. Wallet of Satoshi can be downloaded as an app from the Google or Apple Appstore and is installed, configured and ready to use on a smartphone in two minutes.

During installation, the user is assigned a random Lightning address. Mine is darkcrow17@walletofsatoshi.com. Recently, however, there is the feature to save your own address.

Clicking on the "Customize" button opens the page to change your address. However, you need to have already done a certain amount of Lightning transfers and Bitcoin volume.

Hive users can also send Hive to the Bitcoin Lightning network and vice versa using @brianoflondon's Hive Lightning Gateway (https://v4v.app). Each Hive user has their own Lightning address.

Hab grad 1000 Satoshi mit Wallet of Satoshi an Deine Hive Lightning Adresse geschickt. Du bekommst das dann als ganz normale Hive in Deiner Wallet gutgeschrieben.

Wenn Du Bitcoin bzw. Satoshis von Hive aus verschicken willst, musst Du das auch mit der v4vapp machen.

Die Satoshi-Wallet habe ich schon länger. Die Sats in Hive zu übertragen habe ich aber noch nie gemacht, obwohl ich den Beitrag von brianoflondon schon beim Hivefest verfolgt hatte.

Dankeschön. Das ging tatsächlich Blitzschnell. Aber die Gebühren sind schon ziemlich nett(fett), wenn man 1000 Sats schickt. Lohnt sich erst ab mehr Satoshis.
