This is a cupcake with a mini hamburger design, it can be an ideal recipe for a children's birthday party. Personally, they remind me a little bit of the hamburgers from the children's series SpongeBob. It may take a lot of your time to prepare, but the steps are simple.*

*Vamos a preparar una receta supercreativa, perfecta para servir en una fiesta o prepararlo junto con niños. Se trata de unos cupcakes con diseño de mini hamburguesas, puede ser una receta ideal para un cumpleaños infantil. En lo personal, me recuerdan un poco a las hamburguesas de la serie infantil Bob esponja. Puede robar una gran parte de tu tiempo en la preparación, pero los pasos son simples.*

* **First step:** *The first thing we are going to do is to prepare our cupcakes. In a bowl we will place the two eggs together with the sugar and with a rod or mixer we will beat them until they double their size, we will know that it doubled by its volume and it is kind of a cream; when we obtain that consistency we will be able to add the liquids that would be the vanilla, oil and milk, we will mix them and finally we will add the flour previously mixed with the baking powder, it is necessary to sift it with a sieve to avoid lumps, to mix the flour you can do it with the mixer or a kitchen paddle, but if you want to save a little time, you can mix with a mixer and we will mix until our mixture does not have any lumps, I recommend adding the flour a little at a time.*

* **Primer paso:** *Lo primero que vamos a hacer es preparar nuestros cupcakes. En un recipiente colocaremos los dos huevos junto con el azúcar y con una varilla o batidora los batiremos hasta que dupliquen su tamaño, sabremos que duplico por su volumen y queda especie de una crema; cuando obtengamos esa consistencia podremos los líquidos que serían la vainilla, aceite y leche, los mezclaremos y por último agregaremos la harina mezcla previamente con el polvo de hornear, es necesario tamizarla con un colador para evitar grumos, para mezclar la harina puedes hacerlo con la batidora o una paleta de cocina, pero si quieres ahorrarte un poco de tiempo, puedes mezclar con una batidora y mezclaremos hasta que nuestra mezcla no tenga ningún grumo, recomiendo agregar la harina de poco en poco.*

* **Second step:** *Let's prepare the meat for our hamburger. With our mixture ready we will have to divide the mixture. We will remove with a soup spoon 4 parts of our mixture and we will add the cocoa mixing them until it is integrated. If you notice that it is too thick, you can add a little more of the vanilla mixture.*

* **Segundo paso:** *Vamos a preparar la carne de nuestra hamburguesa. Con nuestra mezcla lista tendremos que dividir la mezcla. Retiraremos con una cuchara de sopa 4 partes de nuestra mezcla y le agregaremos el cacao mezclándolos hasta que se integre. Si notas que quedó muy espesa, puedes agregarle más un poco de la mezcla de vainilla.*

* **Third step** *It's time to bake the cupcakes. In a mold for cupcakes we are going to place our mixture helping us with a spoon. Depending on the mold, the amount may vary, but we always have to leave a little space to allow our cupcake to grow properly. I used some paper cupcake wrappers, but it is not necessary to use them. You can add the mixture directly to the mold by placing nonstick baking pan. With the oven preheated to 160 degrees up and down heat let bake for 15 minutes our cupcakes. After the minutes with a toothpick we will prick the cupcakes to verify that they are baked and let them cool and then cut them in two in the middle.*

* **Tercer paso:.** *Es momento de hornear los cupcakes. En un molde para cupcakes vamos a colocar nuestra mezcla ayudándonos con una cuchara. Dependiendo del molde, puede variar la cantidad, pero siempre tenemos que dejar un poco de espacio para permitir que nuestro cupcake crezca correctamente. Yo utilicé unos envoltorios de papel para cupcakes, pero no es necesario utilizarlos. Puedes agregar la mezcla directamente al molde colocándole antiadherente repostero. Con el horno precalentado a 160 grados de calor arriba y abajo dejaremos hornear por 15 minutos nuestros cupcakes. Pasado los minutos con un palillo pincharemos los cupcakes para verificar que se encuentran horneado y dejaremos enfriar para luego cortarlos en dos en el medio.*

*It is time to do my favorite part which is to design the cupcakes and transform them into mini hamburgers, in case you do not have the facility to have fondant, you can simulate the design with meringue and coloring, in this case I prefer to design with fondant because it allows me to design and mold with more freedom. Place the icing sugar in a clean and smooth place, place the fondant and knead until the fondant allows us to mold it without any problem. We will make a roll and cut into three parts. In each part we will add the coloring of each color, we will mix them until the result is similar to the photo, a fondant of a uniform color. We will prepare the cheese first, making it with the help of a silicone roller we will crush the yellow fondant and with the help of a small coffee glass or any small size we will crush it making circular slices, the same we will do with the green fondant except that with a fork we will crush it around, to generate a texture for the lettuce. Finally, with the smaller side of the glass we will make the tomato slices. With the ingredients ready we will assemble the hamburger, with a teaspoon of jam we will place in half of the vanilla cupcake, we will place one half of one of the chocolate cupcakes, placing the lettuce, cheese and tomato and with half of another vanilla cupcake we will cover them and ready.*

<center>**DISEÑO.✋**</center>

*Es momento de hacer mi parte favorita que es diseñar los cupcakes y transformarlos en mini hamburguesas, en caso de que no tengas la facilidad de tener fondant, puedes simularlo el diseño con merengue y colorante, en este caso yo prefiero diseñar con fondant porque me permite diseñar y moldear con más libertad. Colocaremos el azúcar glacé en un lugar limpio y liso, colocaremos el fondant y amasaremos hasta que el fondant nos permita moldearlo sin problema. Haremos un rollito y cortaremos en tres partes. En cada parte agregaremos el colorante de cada color, los mezclaremos hasta que el resultado sea similar de la foto, un fondant de un color uniforme. Vamos a preparar el queso primero, haciéndolo con ayuda de un rodillo de silicona aplastaremos el fondant amarillo y con ayuda de un vaso pequeño de café o cualquiera de tamaño pequeño aplastaremos haciendo rodajas circulares, lo mismo haremos con el fondant verde a excepción que con un tenedor aplastaremos alrededor, para generar una textura para la lechuga. Por último, con el lado más pequeño del vaso haremos las rodajas de tomate. Con los ingredientes listos ya lograremos armar la hamburguesa, con una cucharadita de mermelada colocaremos en la mitad del cupcake de vainilla, colocaremos una de la mitad de unos de los cupcakes de chocolate, colocando la lechuga queso y tomate y con la mitad de otro cupcake de vainilla los cubriremos y listo.*

*These were the results of 5 delicious and sweet mini burgers. With the mixture came out a total of 6 chocolate cupcakes and 9 vanilla cupcakes. Assembling them with the design, we can achieve a total of 6 mini burgers.*
