Súper finos estos ejercicios maestro, se enaltece las flexiones de pecho, que a veces podemos ver cómo algo básico, pero son un clásico en los ejercicios para el fortalecimiento del pecho, gran trabajo!

Nos encanto la rutina del día de la fecha y muy aclarar que es para avanzados; Es muy importante en estos casos entrar bien en calor y posteriormente elongar.
Una rutina súper efectiva para los que están en otro nivel.

Saludos @ramsses-sw25 la, muy buenos ejercicios, me gustaron mucho porque como lo dices además de estar enfocados en el fortalecimiento del pecho y los hombros principalmente.

También fortalecen otras áreas dependiendo de cuál variante uno ejecute de las 4 que nos compartiste.

Aunque pareciera un ejercicio destinado sólo para hombres, las mujeres también lo podemos practicar, claro, no a estos niveles tan avanzados sino progresivamente primero colocando las rodillas en el piso y luego posteriormente sobre los pies. Saludos @yusmi muchas gracias, si, las mujeres también pueden, efectivamente como usted dice primero con las rodillas y luego con los pies esto es para ir agarrando fuerza en el ejercicio y así poder dominarlo.
