<div class="text-justify">Greetings again my dear friends of the hive platform, especially to the members of the #Project.hope community, so far we have been able to analyze in a general way some aspects related to our behavior as thinking beings of this complex universe, and thus of great importance for the proper balance of our coexistence.

In addition, we have also related to the behavior regarding the functionality of some machines, tools or devices created by man thanks to all the learning granted by the essential nexus between science-technology, therefore, I will continue with this alternation in my articles, and this time I want to share an interesting topic related to the important feature of the delegation of responsibilities or functions in any activity that we can develop.

Maybe it happens to many of you as it does to me, and in many occasions we get caught up in wanting to do everything ourselves, and this from a general point of view, that is, in our homes, our work or in any other space where we are, I think that this aspect can cause many roses with the people around us, "eye" and sometimes we do not realize it, and we can also hinder the generation of teamwork.

In our homes or workplaces there will always be activities that we must do ourselves, but there will also be others that can be done by other people and I think that in this way they will feel taken into account, achieving two important very positive purposes for us, one less effort and the other power of participation of the people around us.

In any job we have, we will always have several responsibilities and many times they exceed the time dedicated to them, either because they are overloading us or we simply fear the idea of delegating functions because they are very detailed and require a lot of care, if it is the first one, we must manifest such action to our superiors and make them see the principle of balance in the delegation of functions.

Personally, the second thing happened to me, and I preferred to work long hours until the pending tasks were done, this generally happened because in my work area I had to be in front of certain groups of people, and among them, as it is normal, I have had a great variety of behaviors, where some of them lend themselves to the work to be done but others do the opposite, these last people make us make the mistake of doing things ourselves, without thinking that it is not right, and that we are also doing a bad thing to them as well as to ourselves.

Currently the experience has led me to use a powerful tool such as the delegation of certain tasks or functions, of course, with the proper transmission of the necessary learning for such work, and we must also be very attentive in the best possible way to the development of the same, providing first the confidence to the person to delegate such function, and above all accept any kind of recommendation of these people, in this way I have managed to make less effort and the satisfaction of observing the pleasure of my colleagues by being taken into account.
