OBSERVE SKILLS AND MAKE THEM STRENGTHS IS THE MISSION OF TEACHERS AND PARENTS
<center>The school's mission is to strengthen the skills of students in accordance with parents and guardians, since the school's mission for a long time has been to strengthen the limitations of its students and parents and guardians have also been more concerned with the limitations of their children  than on your skills. This does not mean that I disagree with strengthening the limitations but I believe rather according   my trajectory in education that  we should observe in each child what her ability is and make her strength

Parents should discreetly observe their children to discover what their abilities are and what their limitations are to interact with the teacher and plan their learning more efficiently.
 
It is important to note that observation is one of the most effective keys for a teacher's planning because exploring the child through observation helps them to effectively understand their interests, needs and abilities.

Let us remember that children are not the same and all do not learn in the same way and that not all have the same abilities or the same limitations, so our orientation in their learning becomes  the  interesting.

It should be noted that the limitations in the students are still important and are also the object of study by the teacher to really rediscover what the skills are and strengthen them, but a teacher should never let pass the passion and some outstanding skill that they observe with determination in your students. For example, if we observe that some have no interest in mathematics but are passionate about music, we must help them together with their representative or parents to increase their ability while guiding them in mathematics because many times parents or teachers abort the dreams of our boys by want to guide or teach what we choose that is good for them regardless of their abilities.


Currently we have many professionals and it is unfortunate to say it with all possible respect that they were the object of insistence in an influenced way just as we stopped having them because of wanting to master the skills of many students who left their dreams behind. Why do I say this? because many parents and guardians are always more concerned about what their children are not interested in learning and do everything they can to make them learn in those limitations. However, they ignore the skills that they discover in them when they should really worry about strengthening their abilities with more impetus

This does not mean that I disagree on strengthening children's limitations, no, if we need to strengthen them because can you imagine if a child does not feel interested in reading? When we know that a child who does not read is a poor child of words of thought, he stops being critical to become someone easy to handle and our mission is to train good critical and self-critical citizens endowed with enough character to expose and defend their points of view but developing their skills to strengthen them in the middle of the cognitive process is one of our best mission.


Finally as a teacher I want to motivate through this reflection all parents and representatives to observe their children in the infant stage and attend with interest the skills that they discover in them, which will be a key for the teacher to work more easily and plan their significant learning while also strengthening the limitations because we do not know if there are any limitations that they bring from home that can later become an addition to their best skills

As education professionals we have one of the best tasks of fostering meaningful learning in the student. In addition to providing learning opportunities to all students by contributing through their training ... Our greatest satisfaction is the fact of feeling an authentic desire to always give the best for our students because we should not be teachers due to indecision, instability or because we do not know what we like, but mainly by vocation and altruism.
